Kassidee received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA from Dartmouth College.
While at HBS, Kassidee was very active in the technology and entrepreneurial communities, and she was selected as a finalist in the “Pitch for Change” business plan competition during her second year.
Kassidee’s professional experience spans an array of industries and sectors: from cleantech to restaurant tech; from early stage companies to Google; from private equity to non-profit. Her own diverse background is the foundation of her exceptional ability support to applicants as they weave together their own experiences and personalities into unique, personal, admit-worthy stories.
Kassidee hails from El Paso, Texas, but has called San Francisco home since graduating from college, when she fell in love with the diverse, innovative, laid back culture of the Bay Area. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, cooking (she’s won three chili cook-offs with her secret recipe!), and travel.

The SBC All-In Service
The majority of our clients choose our All-In package because they understand that the competitive admissions process demands a stellar and strategic application at every level. Essays, interviews, school visits, recommendation letters, and resumes are all guided by an integrated strategy, managed through our All-In service by one dedicated and accountable consultant.
SBC’s All-In Service includes 8 modules:
1) The SBC System™ begins with meticulous matchmaking before we begin an engagement or accept payment.
2) Personal Assessment & Critical Reflection. Your primary consultant will work to understand you authentically along multiple dimensions and create a strategy reflecting what MBA programs are looking for. Your consultant will dig into the who, what, how and why that forms your story through our 360° Personal Orbit ™.
3) We’ll develop a winning personal MBA Application Strategy that answers clearly, “Why should I accept this applicant over the other ones who look equally qualified on paper?”
4) Personal branding is crucial for making your MBA application stand out, and admissions teams love a well-crafted story. Your consultant will help you develop a compelling and cohesive narrative that ties together every aspect of your application—resume, essays, recommendations, and more—tailored to meet each school’s unique expectations.
5) Your success is driven by a collaborative SBC team effort. Your primary consultant taps into a network of former admissions officers and experts for additional insights and you receive exclusive access to The Vault, a comprehensive resource center with decades of application materials.
6) Before submitting your MBA application, ensure it’s flawless with our Flight Test™, where a former admissions officer reviews your entire package with fresh eyes.
7) Take the stress out of interviewing with one-on-one prep with your primary consultant and group prep sessions led by former admissions officers.
8) Our support doesn’t stop once your application is submitted; we continue to assist you in navigating admissions decisions, waitlists, and deferral letters until you accept an offer.

If you are not leaving a review for a successful application season, that’s OK! We accept positive and negative reviews for: applicants only, rejections, and those who have been wait listed. I had a wonderful experience with Kassidee. After providing my basic background information, I was matched with her given my intent to pivot industries, and felt I needed help crafting the strongest story possible.
Throughout the process, she was incredibly responsive and very thoughtful in her feedback. While I think I had a lot of good ideas and a general sense of direction, her guidance and suggestions made the world of difference in making the essays read smoothly with my overall application. Kassidee is adept at B-school lingo, showing your strengths (rather than just saying so outright), and making a fluid and compelling essay.
In the end, I was deciding between Booth, Kellogg and Darden. Kassidee’s input was invaluable in putting my best foot forward and felt really confident after submitting. Would recommend others to think about what they really want to get out of the consultant’s time and articulate these goals upfront so you can maximize the resource.
From my initial free consultation with Bill, through each hour working with Kassidee, it was a pleasure working with SBC. I was accepted to HBS and could not have done it without Kassidee’s help!
Based on Bill’s recommendation, I chose an hourly package, rather than a comprehensive one. After the initial ‘get to know you’ call with Kassidee, we used the rest of the time to work through essay drafts and reserved one hour for a mock interview and feedback.
Through every step in the process, she was insightful, set high standards, and was both responsive and accommodating. During the brainstorming/essay phase, Kassidee always provided thoughtful feedback within 24 hours of me sending a draft or questions. Despite a significant time difference (~12 hours while I worked internationally), she always found time for calls almost immediately thereafter. She also struck an effective balance between giving me the space to write and holding me accountable to our interim draft deadlines.
Her insights into the HBS experience were invaluable in helping me strategize, fine-tune essays, and feel confident going into my interview. Throughout, she was empathetic and friendly. I highly recommend working with her.
