ARINGO’S roots were planted when our Founder, Gil Levi, was accepted at Harvard, Wharton, and INSEAD with a GMAT score of 650. Gil received a full, merit-based scholarship at Wharton upon admission. He formed ARINGO’s methodology based on the essay-writing tools that he originally developed as an MBA applicant.
ARINGO’S clients have been accepted to top B-schools such as Harvard, Wharton, Duke, INSEAD, MIT, LBS, and Kellogg with GMAT scores below 700. Since its inception, ARINGO’s heavy investment in research (over 3,000 man-hours and counting) has yielded a collection of invaluable resources for our clients.
ARINGO employs a Round Table Strategy with each consultant collecting expert opinions at the critical decision points throughout the application process. The final product is always reviewed by a second consultant to introduce a fresh perspective and ensure that it meets ARINGO’s standard of excellence. The collaboration within ARINGO’s team, which includes former admission committee members as well as experienced consultants with marketing and writing skills, contributes to the success of our clients’ applications.
ARINGO was founded by Gil Levi (Wharton MBA 1999), is owned by Shimri Winters (London Business School MBA 2005), and is operated and managed by Jenifer Turtschanow.

I wanted to put my best foot forward with the applications and a friend recommended Aringo. I worked with Aringo for MBA 2023 admissions and I found the whole process at Aringo very well structured. The best thing about Aringo is they know how to use your strengths and make you feel confident about your application which is very important for the candidates going through the application process. I worked with Mark on my applications and he also helped me to prepare for my interviews. Mark was always there for me throughout my application journey and he helped me at every step with lots of patience. I applied to 3 colleges and got the final offer from 2 of them with scholarships. This wouldn’t have been possible without Mark, Jenifer, Cathryn, and Aringo’s support and guidance. I highly recommend Mark & Aringo and I am truly thankful to them for making my dream come true!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mark throughout my MBA application process and would highly recommend Aringo and specifically Mark as a coach. Mark was extremely patient with me and worked with me to refine my essays, resumes, and letters of recommendation, and prep for interviews. He helped give me the confidence and the push to put my best foot forward and display myself in the best light when applying to business school. He was very responsive and always available to connect via phone or email. Applying to business school can be a daunting and arduous task – Mark was right by my side the entire ride and the best support system. I was admitted to the University of Chicago Booth school of business and Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management (Evening and Weekend programs). I was named a Forte Foundation fellow at the University of Chicago and received a merit-based scholarship – I ultimately accepted my offer of admission of the University of Chicago and will be starting classes in the Spring Quarter.
I would highly recommend having ARINGO help with your business school applications. Mark did an excellent job guiding me through the Stanford LEAD program application. With his insights and expertise, I was able to clearly illustrate my readiness and competitiveness for the program and gained admission into this Spring’s cohort.
Let me start with the end result. How many candidates with a 600 GMAT got into Cornell this year and received an NYU interview invite? me me me Starting from our initial call, ARINGO seemed organized, focused, and insightful. While I had a gripping story to tell, I felt that I needed a little guidance on my chances, school chances, and of course help in conveying an insightful story. I was trying to juggle a stressful job, GMAT prep and not missing R2 application deadlines and I found faith in Rachel and Shimri and the entire ARINGO team. When we started the process, I was still working on my GMAT and we had various scenarios and school wish lists. COVID-19 restrictions and professional obligations meant I could not allocate enough time for my GMAT prep and my score did not rise. Nevertheless, working with Rachel closely, enabled me to dig deeper and demonstrate impact in my resume and essays. ARINGO states that they specialize in working with low-GMAT candidates and I am a 1st-hand witness to this. I was applying in round 2, with a very low GMAT score to 2 schools only, and knew the challenges but with the constant support of the ARINGO team, led by my fantastic consultant Rachel, helped me receive 2 interviews with Cornell and NYU and I received my Cornell Tech acceptance letter last week. Regardless of the NYU interview result, I truly cannot express enough gratitude for their genuine advice and for making a difference in my career!
From our very first call, Mark had my absolute trust! He could build a connection with me and I was superbly impressed by him. He told me with 710 on GMAT and my profile (which I thought was too conventional), I have a fair shot with top-ranked schools. As ARINGO believed in me, I dived into the application process with them. Guys, Mark will make you work hard for your applications and he will work even harder. 😊
To depict well what you are doing, what you want to do with your life, what inspires you, etc. is not as easy as it sounds. He helped me to self-analyze these points and that’s how you make your application shine from the others. Post application submission and with interviews done, I waited for the results. To my surprise, I received admits from Foster (with scholarship), Emory (with scholarship), INSEAD, Tepper (with scholarship), and USC Marshall!!!
Mark and ARINGO underpromise you and overdeliver- that’s what you need for your applications.
I had the pleasure of working with Mark Archuleta to prepare for my B school applications. What I really liked about him was the way he helped me discover and prepare the narrative of my initial draft of the essay until the post-interview reflections.
As I am an engineer by training, so not good at writing stories. Mark worked with me from v1 of essays till v10 unless we agreed together that the file is ready to go. I loved the way he encouraged me not to use too much ornamental language and use the word limit optimally to convey my thoughts, logical connection of my stories. His feedbacks on every document shared were both fast and thorough. In the test drive run of my applications, we checked all the points.
I appreciate the genuine care he placed on the success of the applications and I was happy to receive two admits from top schools.
