Since 2010, Michelle has successfully advised prospective candidates through the business school application process, and has coached many applicants to be admitted across top MBA programs, including her alma mater, Wharton. She is known for inspiring others to strive for excellence and for helping candidates identify what truly makes them stand out in the vast pool of business school applicants. Michelle has experience in strategy at CVS, as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and as an entrepreneur after founding a NYC-based vintage clothing company. She started her career in Financial Services at Lehman Brothers working in both Prime Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate. Michelle is an active alumna of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and her alma mater, Phillips Academy Andover. She is also passionate about philanthropy, entrepreneurship and traveling — Michelle’s philanthropic efforts and entrepreneurial ventures have been recognized in The New York Times and in Time Magazine.

Michelle specializes in admissions consulting for underrepresented minorities.
