Pragya holds an MBA from Wharton and has successfully helped clients secure admissions to top-10 MBA programs including HBS, Wharton, Chicago Booth, Kellogg, Columbia, Haas, Yale, Tuck, Stern, LBS, INSEAD and others. Having worked in a range of sectors (investment management, management consulting and corporate banking), and with first-hand experience in the US, UK and Indian markets, she brings a unique perspective when guiding clients. Pragya is particularly skilled at guiding applicants considering an MBA to change their career paths and has a successful track record of working with US and international clients. Her approach is to conduct an extensive strategy session with the client in order to identify significant past experiences and formulate short- and long-term goals, and then provide customized guidance and support to tailor these experiences and goals to each school. She collaborates with clients to present a balanced profile to admissions committees, focusing not just on academics and professional goals, but also on personal interests and skills that will help them contribute to the community outside of the classroom.
Pragya has a diverse set of interests – she is passionate about painting and the fine arts and is a certified yoga teacher. While at Wharton, she served as a career fellow in which she provided one-on-one counseling to students on all aspects of the job application process.

Pragya was a great coach to work with. She knows Wharton and the opportunities it offers very closely, having attended the school, and knows how to present one’s application in the most differentiating way.
She was professional, insightful and incredibly helpful. She went through my essay drafts in great detail, giving corrective feedback and also brought her experience to clarify points where I had doubts- example the optional essay which I would have drafted differently if I hadn’t followed her guidance. Throughout this time, she was kind and encouraging, with fantastic ideas that greatly enhanced the quality of my essays.
When I got my TBD invite, she helped me with a mock and gave candid feedback on my performance, knocking off my rough edges and highlighting my strong traits. She knows well what Wharton looks for while assessing an applicant’s TBD and 1:1 interview performance, and helps one prepare well for the D-Day.
I was eventually admitted to Wharton with $75K Joseph Wharton scholarship, and have a lot to thank Pragya for.
While starting of my application process, I was overwhelmed with the questionnaire of all college applications. Pragya not only helped me in getting my thoughts structured but also helped me with countless revisions until my essays became the perfect representation of my strengths and my background. She devoted time to build college-based strategies which helped me get admissions into both the colleges I applied to (Mannheim Business School & WHU).
I started my application process pretty late in the game, hustling to make deadlines, without much clarity into my personal story or application profile. Pragya was extremely helpful with refining my narrative overall, critiquing essays in detail, and doing it all on quick timelines to accommodate me. She consistently made herself available to answer quick questions that popped up along the way and provided useful insight into all stages of the process. With her help, I got into two of my top choices, Yale and Haas. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone applying to top MBA programs.
Pragya was a huge resource to me during my MBA application process. She worked to understand my background and strengths and helped to highlight what would make me stand out as an applicant. She was extremely patient and had great insights during my many rounds of essay revisions and was always available to talk through edits. Beyond that, she also was a wealth of knowledge on the application process in general, including best practices for interacting with AdCom reps and interviewing. With her help, I got into Kellogg, Haas and Ross with major scholarships!
Pragya is very responsive and reliable. She helped me tons in brainstorming stories and building essay structures. She also helped me mock interview on Skype. Working with her, I got into one M7 school and two S16 schools. I would recommend Pragya to anyone who wants to work with a highly reliable and detail-oriented consultant.
Pragya is an outstanding admissions consulting professional; I was fortunate to be able to work with her during my application for MBA programs and she had a significant impact on the success of my efforts. Pragya took the time to learn about my background and the strengths and vulnerabilities of my application and combined this with a thorough knowledge of top MBA programs to provide uniquely-tailored feedback on my applications. She helped me to craft strong application essays, re-drafting them eight times until a unique and powerful narrative emerged. She was very responsive and was always available to answer my questions via WhatsApp, despite a five-hour time difference in our locations. Indeed, Pragya acted more like a coach, actively managing my application process. Initially, I did not gain interviews at several of my target programs, however, Pragya encouraged me to persist and I applied to a number of other high-ranked MBA programs in Round 2. After receiving an interview at Duke Fuqua School of Business, Pragya provided thorough interview preparation, speaking with me by phone and Skype several times, helping me to tell my narrative in a detailed and compelling way. I was ultimately accepted at Duke and will be attending, starting this summer. The highest praise I can give Pragya is that I learned so much from her during my first several applications that I did not end up seeking her help for my Round 2 applications; she had given me the confidence to pursue the applications on my own. In short, Pragya is an extremely capable and client-centered admissions coach and she has my highest recommendation.
I sought Pragya’s help for my application for the Masters in Public Administration program at Columbia University. Her inputs for my resume and critique of my essays were very helpful. Pragya was extremely patient and very prompt throughout the application process. I loved the fact that I could reach out to her as and when I needed guidance. Thanks to her I secured admission in my dream school!
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pragya, even though it was for a short period of time (I was late in the application process). Pragya helped me with four Round-2 applications: HBS, Wharton, Booth, and LBS. I enrolled for Pragya’s help after having received rejections from Stanford & Columbia in R1 (I had prepared those applications with another consultant). Pragya diagnosed the rejections and helped me change my story accordingly for all schools. I believe Pragya’s strength lies in two aspects that are critical for any MBA applicant. First, she has a great structure of thought and clarity on what each school wants. As such, she helped me introspect about my past experiences (touching on aspects that I had previously never thought about sharing) and guided me on how to select and fit those different narratives for each school. Second, Pragya is also great at writing. As an engineer, writing has never been my strength and I cannot overstate how crucial it is, especially for candidates like me, to get help in the writing department. Pragya brought a lot of clarity and structure to my writing, helping me articulate complex experiences with simple and clear language. Overall, I’m very happy that I took Pragya’s help despite having started really late. I was able to secure admits from Booth and LBS and if I had enrolled with her earlier, perhaps the results would have been even better. I would definitely attribute my success to Pragya’s efforts and highly recommend her to any MBA applicant.
