I am the founder of GyanOne Admissions Consulting. Before I started out as an admissions consultant, I worked in top consulting firms including KPMG as a Management Consultant. I have successfully mentored and enabled career growth for more than 2000 folks around the world. I have been a career counselor and admissions consultant for over 12 years now.
My passion is to create compelling stories and help applicants realize their true potential. I have extensive experience working with people from all backgrounds, ranging from entrepreneurs to IAS officers (top Indian public officials), to investment bankers and most of all, typical Indian IT applicants! I have helped them assess the best possible career options, identify ways to reach them, develop their profiles, and reach top MBA programs, including all the Ivy-league ones, successfully – INSEAD, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, Yale, IMD, Tepper, and you name it. My clients range in age from 15 to over 50 years old, and those at the extremes are not exceptions. I deeply understand the industries they come from and have been able to develop specific methodologies not just to help people with typical backgrounds (Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Consulting), but also those with unconventional ones (Merchant Navy professionals, armed forces veterans, doctors, lawyers, and even psychologists) make it to top 10 MBA programs.
I understand that Indian applicants to top MBA programs face much tougher odds, and specialize in helping Indian applicants make it to programs that are well above the potential they themselves initially assume they have. I can and have completely revamped the way you market yourself to the admissions committees, and regularly beat the odds of making it to the crème da la crème of MBA programs. I have a strong network with the admissions committee members of all top schools and have interview Yale, Fuqua, McCombs, Rotman, ISB, and HKUST in the past few months alone.
While I have helped clients get into all of the top 50 MBA programs, my expertise and most intense focus areas lie in providing end-to-end admissions consulting for top 20 US and European MBA programs.

Working with Rishabh was one of the best decisions I made in my MBA application journey. When I started, I had a complex professional background with multiple stints in technology, freelancing and volunteering work, and I wasn’t sure how to effectively weave it into a compelling story. Rishabh didn’t just help me edit essays — he spent hours deeply understanding my experiences and guiding me to highlight the most strategic elements of my work.
What stood out most was Rishabh’s exceptional grasp of what top MBA programs, particularly Wharton and other M7 schools, truly look for. He coached me to showcase my impact in a way that resonated authentically with these schools, ensuring my narrative clearly demonstrated my passion, leadership, and potential for future success.
One of Rishabh’s greatest strengths is that he is always positive and ready to provide solutions. His attitude is ‘we’ll find a way’ rather than ‘not sure how this will work out’, which is a learning you take beyond the application process. In contrast to other consultants that I had initial conversations with, who would question my story or outright say that I won’t make it to M7 programs! Rishabh will motivate you at right times, before your GMAT, applications and interviews. MBA applications are grueling, and to have Rishabh push you in crucial moments goes a long way in helping you reach the finish line.
Throughout the process, Rishabh was thoughtful, honest, and incredibly dedicated. He would spend late night hours replying to each of my doubts in incredible detail. His ability to craft a meaningful and cohesive narrative from my diverse background played a crucial role in my acceptance to Wharton. If you’re aiming for the top programs and need someone who genuinely understands how to position your unique story for success, I wholeheartedly recommend Rishabh.
Writing this testimonial, my mind goes back to the first day I met Rishabh in his office. He was the only consultant who told me and my family the reality of how the MBA admissions process works, and what my real chances would be. He was positive, but also very practical and grounded. We liked that and began working with him. It would be a journey of 7 months in which we had tens of calls, brainstorming sessions, essay writes and rewrites, and discussions on the right strategy for the right schools.
Applying without a GMAT score and a GPA of less than 3, I had a challenging profile. Rishabh acknowledged this, and kept me on track by focusing on my work experience, and how I had created value as one of the youngest program managers in my firm. I come from a niche industry (FoodTech) and expressing the best path for my goals was initially hard for me. Rishabh surfaced several themes from my work and my personal life that differentiated me, and when the first set of apps was submitted, I knew that my MBA dream was finally close to coming true.
As I look back, I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Rishabh as a great mentor and coach, and as a consultant who will stay with you and get you the results.
When I first connected with Rishabh for a profile evaluation, I was immediately struck by his refreshing honesty. No sugar-coating, just a straightforward assessment of where I stood and a clear roadmap of viable options. This brutal honesty, delivered with genuine care, set the foundation for our entire journey together.
My situation was challenging: just 3 years of work experience, no GMAT or GRE scores despite multiple attempts, and a GPA below 3.5. With Round 2 deadlines looming just one month away, I was terrified of losing an entire year. But Rishabh remained cool, calm, and collected. He not only suggested several solid T25 options but encouraged me to aim higher than I initially thought possible.
What impressed me most was Rishabh’s ability to transform my perceived weaknesses into strengths through masterful storytelling. My experience at a major Indian FoodTech company was reframed into a compelling narrative about technology’s strategic role that authentically connected with my background and core values. Through his guidance, limitations in my profile became unique differentiators.
Working with Rishabh on storylining, resume crafting, and recommendation letters was eye-opening. He consistently identified insights in one conversation that would have taken me days to discover on my own. His extensive network at target schools proved invaluable, connecting me with alumni for recommendations and referrals that strengthened my applications.
With just one month before deadlines, we tackled applications to five schools. Rishabh worked tirelessly, day and night, going far beyond what I expected from a consultant. His dedication was unwavering throughout the intense process.
The are multiple T20 and T25 admits with scholarships! Now Rishabh is helping me navigate school selection, continuing to provide the same level of thoughtful guidance. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with him and can’t recommend his services highly enough for anyone serious about transforming their MBA dreams into reality.
Applying to B school was hard for me because I regularly work on offshore rigs, so I might be there 2 to 3 weeks in a month, with only intermittent internet connectivity. One of my friends in a US MBA recommended Rishabh to me for the deep knowledge into the energy industry that he has. After an initial conversation, I knew I was on the right track. I never doubted Rishabh’s expertise, but his flexibility in tailoring things to account for my unique schedule made the whole process seamless.
Anytime that an energy professional applies to an MBA, the goals usually talk about sustainability. I had read tens of essays online that did, but Rishabh told me to be authentic and take a different approach. My background in conventional oil and gas did not connect to sustainability directly, and after multiple deep discussions, he helped me uncover the theme of energy access. This had always been there in my mind, but I had been unable to see it for the issue that it was and articulate it. Working with an Indian PSU, I had often viewed my work as important but transactional, but Rishabh helped me again uncover the deeper value behind it. His understanding of Indian PSUs (public sector units) and the oil and gas industry in India and globally really helped to see fine nuances that I feel would have been lost with someone who did not have that level of knowledge. This personal branding that he was able to do really helped me later because I stood out positively from other people in my field, something that my interviewers too commended me on (in terms of the high quality of my work and contributions).
I am self driven and disciplined and working on the process was not a challenge for me. However, Rishabh took my game a few levels up by challenging me to come up with deeper experiences and stories that would resonate with my schools. I remember how we had a long discussion on my extra curriculars too. Being on the rig for weeks together, I found little time to build my extra curricular profile but Rishabh was able to bring out the leadership and impact in what I had, while also highlighting some of the activities I did on the rig itself.
My recommenders were another issue. As PSU officers they had no idea on how to right a recommendation or what qualities to highlight. Rishabh stepped in, helping me create a detailed list of points and stories to ‘prime’ them with, keeping within the bounds of the confidentiality of the entire process. Rishabh’s experience was very handy here, because he could quickly point out the pressure points in a PSU job in India in oil and gas and the kind of issues that MBA schools in the US would value.
Rishabh began the process early, keeping many months for brainstorming, essay creation, resume strategy, and recommendation assistance. This proved to be a boon in the end, because the time stress was taken out from the process. The GyanOne team kept helping me with samples, call scheduling, updates on schools and B-school networking, leading me to a very smooth experience.
I received multiple interview calls and offers, and I will ultimately be attending Ross with a handsome scholarship this year after evaluating my options. My thanks to Rishabh and the GyanOne team for designing an outstanding process that led me to my dreams.
I reached out to GyanOne and wanted to work only with Rishabh for my MBA journey. I had a lot of positive references for him from people who had worked with him earlier. Therefore, I was happy to team up with him and his team, and very quickly, I was stumped by his positive approach to my profile. I had an unconventional profile with a 2 year gap in my work experience. Most people discouraged me from applying to a top MBA program due to this flag in my profile, and previous dings had dented my confidence to a degree.
But the way Rishabh helped me tackle this problem in my essays and interviews, was commendable. He worked with me to identify the areas worth leaning into, helped me collate and carve out a unique story to showcase my positives to the AdCom. It was a pleasure to get his insights on the nuances of my industry and information specific to my target school. Every brainstorming session with him was nuanced and intentional, focused on chiselling my application and more importantly my story, into a finished article, a testament to his experience of close to 2 decades as an admissions consultant.
I owe a lot of my current path to his interventions, a vindication of the trust that I put into him and his process. Thanks a lot for being my guiding light, Rishabh.
When I first reached out to Rishabh about my MBA aspirations, I was concerned that my 615 GMAT score (670 equivalent) would hold me back from top UK programs. As an IIT graduate with a background in mechanical engineering transitioning to business development, I needed someone who could help me showcase my unique value proposition to admissions committees.
Rishabh immediately understood how to position my technical expertise alongside my leadership experiences. He helped me articulate my journey from founding student organizations at IIT Patna to managing government partnerships and large-scale technology implementations. Rather than seeing my engineering background as a limitation, Rishabh showed me how to present it as a distinctive advantage in my applications.
What sets Rishabh apart is his ability to identify the hidden strengths in your profile. He helped me highlight experiences that truly resonated with admissions committees—like how I convinced regional stakeholders to adopt standardized data management protocols or how I led cross-functional teams in competitive robotics. His strategic approach to storytelling transformed my applications from a simple list of achievements into a compelling narrative.
Thanks to Rishabh’s guidance, I received offers from my top-choice UK MBA programs despite my initial concerns about my GMAT score. For anyone looking to overcome application challenges and stand out in a competitive applicant pool, I cannot recommend Rishabh highly enough. His mentorship was the defining factor in my success.
I began work on my applications just 5 weeks before the deadlines for Round 2. Rishabh worked with me day and night to build a solid story and get me into Kellogg the looming deadlines. He was kind, supportive, and professional in his approach throughout and I cannot recommend him enough. I also had 11 years of experience when I applied. Several consultants I spoke to, including many in the US, told me that I should apply to an Executive MBA instead. Rishabh was the only one who believed in me, and his belief proved right.
Rishabh is a master at positioning storylines. He discussed my journey at depth with me and could immediately pinpoint the areas that would appeal to the admissions committee. He was sharp in his analysis and quick in his comments. When I stumbled a bit during the recommendation phase, he was quick to lend support, helping me discover stories that worked. His work was the reason I received interview calls from Kellogg and Yale. Ultimately, I converted Kellogg into an admit. This is truly a dream come true for me.
I recommend Rishabh highly to anyone who is looking for an MBA admissions consultant who gets results, and who will believe in your story even if you are an outlier, and get you there.
Imagine a top consultant who works with you personally, reviewing every document, and strategizing with you on every line of your resume and of each one of your essays across every school. That’s who Rishabh is, and when I began working with him, I was surprised that he himself conducted all the brainstorming sessions, worked on all document reviews and all the application strategy himself. I had received multiple strong recommendations for him, and after speaking to over 7 consultants in India and abroad, chose him for his high ranking in the top 5 in the world among all admissions consultants, his cost effective pricing, and his very personalized approach. I couldn’t have chosen better. Rishabh was more than an application advisor. He was a buddy, and sometimes I felt like he was driving my applications more than I could. I took some nerve-wracking decisions on my application journey. I had taken the GMAT earlier, and my final test attempt was just a week before R2 deadlines! That attempt was not successful in getting me a higher score, so I changed to the GRE, this time taking the test 3 days before most app deadlines. I still remember the anxiety-filled conversation I had with Rishabh over the new year’s eve on December 31 (he was available even then) but he was cool and calm and told me to stick to my plans. He even accomodated a last minute school change!
I liked how Rishabh took the time to really know me as a person. I was not just a statistic or a resume for him. He told me upfront how a career move I had made would act against me, and also how to accommodate it in applications. We discussed my career options in FinTech across many different brainstorming sessions. Rishabh’s knowledge was clearly on display here. He did not simply push me to consider traditional options like consulting or product management without a wider context. This helped me find my real calling and articulate in a very authentic but unique way for the schools. I was also thinking of a family business context and Rishabh could effectively highlight the advantages or disadvantages of that. But Rishabh never left anything half done. Despite the time pressure and the other things I have highlighted here, he was always in favor of submitting a ‘complete, solid’ application because he wanted me to have both admits and scholarships. Later, I would realize how right he was.
Rishabh’s team is as solid as he is. I worked with Swati ma’am on interviews for the schools I applied to. In between, I was stuck with an emergency health concern for a close friend’s Dad, but the GyanOne organization rallied behind me to support me at odd hours. This was very important for my overall confidence and I truly felt supported and motivated.
Finally, I secured multiple offers and an over 15X return on my investment with GyanOne. I couldn’t have been happier.
Rishabh is truly a gem but I have also told him how he should not remain hidden. I have hardly seen him or his firm GyanOne Universal do any marketing, and given the quality and excellent prices that they provide for top MBA admissions, they should. I highly recommend him.
When I first reached out to Rishabh, I had a Chartered Accountancy background and some experience in renewable energy, but I wasn’t entirely sure where I wanted my post-MBA journey to lead. Unlike other consultants who dive straight into applications, Rishabh focused on helping me define clear, meaningful career goals that built on my unique background.
Early on, he pushed me to connect my experience financing renewable projects, including a multi-hundred-million-dollar investment from one of the largest infrastructure lenders in India, to a compelling post-MBA path. That clarity became a strong foundation for my applications to Darden, Oxford, and McCombs.
What really stood out for me was Rishabh’s personal involvement. Instead of delegating my essays and documents to junior team members, he reviewed and refined everything himself. When I was offered an interview at a school I hadn’t officially hired him for, he immediately provided thorough prep support at no extra cost. His quick responses—often within hours—made me feel like a priority. He also managed deadlines efficiently, even at the busiest points of the application season. Despite the fast turnaround times, he never cut corners, ensuring each essay genuinely reflected my own voice.
For the level of guidance he provided, I found his pricing very reasonable compared to other top consultants. Beyond multiple admissions offers, I came away with a clearer professional vision. If you want hands-on, strategic support from someone who truly cares about your success, Rishabh is an excellent choice.
I knew that I would go with Rishabh right from the first call. I was a reapplicant to Kellogg and had shared my (dinged) profile with him for a candid discussion. Rishabh gave me the exact same feed back an AdCom member had given me after the ding. Not only was Rishabh very candid and to the point, but he was also very easy to work with. The comprehensive conversation he had with me demonstrated his trustworthiness and knowledge. I can attest to Rishabh’s ability to enhance your narrative, candidacy, and profile. He helped me improve my profile and entirely updated my writings in order to achieve my M7 objective.
I had worked with a ‘top rated’ consultant in my previous apps but did not get any results because my suggestions and concerns were not heard and I was simply told ‘the best way to do it’. With Risabh, it was very easy to discuss everything because he is always available, even at the oddest of hours. He brought out the true highlights and stories from our conversations and helped me build the perfect application.
He has been a true mentor and he’s an M7 specialist. I highly recommend having that first call with him. It’s worth it!
Coming from a social sector background, I was unsure of how top schools would value my candidacy and contributions. Rishabh is fantastic when it comes to bringing out your fears and apprehensions, and he instills you with new hopes and vision. He made this entire application and admissions journey feel like a breeze. Always there to clarify doubts and answer queries and strategies, reaching out to him is just a click away. Darden is a very competitive program. Rishabh’s insights helped me create a super strong resume. The version I submitted was nowhere near what it was at the beginning of the admissions cycle. I had heard a lot of stories about his ideas and expertise on storyboarding for profiles from unconventional backgrounds from peers and friends. And I am glad I could see that magic happen to my application too.
I reached out to Rishabh after conversations with my colleagues and friends, and it was one of the most pivotal decisions of my application journey. He understood my profile very well and helped me streamline my story, goals, steps ahead, and deadline schedule. He accommodated all of this considering I was still preparing for my exam and was a bit stressed about that. Rishabh identified my achievements after sitting down with me in multiple sessions and going through my academic journey, graduation days, work experience, challenges, growth trajectory, and aspirations. He helped me find a common link and craft a fabulous story for Oxford. His review of essays and resume was on point, thorough, and highly detailed. Rishabh supported me in every step and guided me not only in how to manage my timelines, quality of apps and scholarships, but also thorough interview prep.
Mock interviews with Swati, GyanOne co-founder along with Rishabh, were an eye-opener. The feedback sessions were so detailed, providing help on answers to the most commonly asked as well as all tricky questions. She checked me on everything, ranging from tonality and content to confidence and research on further aspects of the school and the industry I belong to. Thanks, Swati, for your guidance and for giving me that push in the last leg of the admission cycle.
Nothing is a template here. Rishabh speaks to each applicant separately in multiple brainstorming sessions. No tap on them. Easily scheduled anytime. Creates a winning strategy and then propels you to put your best foot forward. I would highly recommend him to all Indian applicants coming from unconventional backgrounds applying to the top 3 European schools. He is the best and will give you the most honest guidance and advice.
I want to applaud Rishabh for the domain knowledge and experience he holds in the admissions consulting industry. He is a well-known name, and thus I came to him through multiple references.
His 1-on-1 sessions are meticulous in outlining the timelines that would be followed to complete the applications on time. School selection went into a lot of depth, following a five-pronged strategy to help me select the best-fit MBA programs, especially since I had a very technical profile, which placed me in the most overrepresented pool of applicants.
His clear thought process gave me a vision and helped me craft my long-term and short-term goals efficiently. He was my anchor throughout the process. Oxford was my dream school and Rishabh worked with me relentlessly to convert it. I also made it to a top US school with a scholarship and could not have done it without his guidance. He is a knowledge bank for all top schools. One session with Rishabh, and you will see how transparent he is in all his evaluations, analyses, and guidance. You rock, bro!
Choosing GyanOne was an easy decision for me after chatting with at least five different consultants, and I’m truly proud of that choice.
Right from the start, the resources shared gave me a wonderful introduction to the admissions process. But once we jumped into our brainstorming sessions, I was amazed! Every document was explored in such detail that it felt like I had a personal guide for everything I needed to do. It’s a thorough process with clear timelines; now I completely understand what it takes to become an M7 admit.
The whole interview process, essays, and scholarship applications were all handled expertly by Rishabh and Swati. They motivated me every step of the way, acting like personal mentors to help me reach my goals.
I can’t express my gratitude enough, GyanOne. Thank you for believing in me and lifting that weight off my shoulders when I needed it most. You guys are amazing!
With my GMAT score just on the borderline for top schools, I was worried about my candidature. With just about 3 weeks to the deadline, Rishabh has set out clear timelines to complete the application. He was always available for calls, which is what I really appreciated as there was a time crunch. Rishabh helped take my story notches above where I started with, with his detailed insights about the school, my industry and profile. He is truly a gem and am grateful he invested his time in me and helped me achieve a top school admit, despite my score and just 2 years of experience.
I reached out to Rishabh while I was preparing for the GMAT and was at a decisive stage of determining which programs to target after five years of diverse experience in the high-technology industry. At the time, I was thoroughly researching various consultancies and seeking advice on how to shape my career trajectory and identify the best path forward. I had engaged with several well-known, established, and top-ranked consultants from India, Europe, and the USA, but none of them left a meaningful impression.
My goal was to secure admission into a highly selective program in the US, the MS in Product Management at CMU Tepper School of Business. This program, with its intake of only about 45 students from across the globe, is one of the best globally for the technology product management sector. I was looking for someone who could not only understand the intricacies of my profile but also grasp the unique and specific requirements of this program.
Rishabh’s detailed insights into the program, many of which I had not encountered elsewhere, proved to be a game-changer. The program’s high selectivity ratio made it a formidable challenge, but his exceptional knowledge and guidance gave me a much-needed edge.
His approach to aligning my story with the program’s requirements, his deep understanding of my industry, and his ability to patiently address all my questions were exactly what any ambitious applicant could hope for. Every call with him was a treasure trove of well-researched information, delivered with a friendly and supportive demeanor. Working with him was a truly enriching experience, and I learned so much throughout the process.
In particular, his guidance on crafting a successful priority waitlist strategy was pivotal in securing my place in this esteemed program. His unmatched expertise and treasury of knowledge were instrumental in navigating this crucial stage and ultimately achieving my goal.
I am thrilled to have accomplished my target and to now be a part of such a prestigious program.
Rishabh has been my guiding light and the sole enabler of my success in this roller-coaster journey of discovering my purpose and gaining admission into a top-tier technology management program. This sucess at the end of a journey of self-exploration and path finding, spanning almost three years, would not have been possible without his support.
We are truly fortunate to have Rishabh as a top-ranked consultant who deeply understands Indian candidates and their unique backgrounds. He is, without a doubt, one of the finest in this industry and someone you can completely rely on to guide you to success.
Sometimes you think you just need a little help from a Consultant on the storyboarding and the rest you can manage. Dude, it really needs a lot of effort and time to really create world class applications to top US MBA programs. And this I realised during all my sessions with Rishabh, where he meticulously strategized timelines, goals, stories and helped me set realistic and fact-driven ambitions.
After the first brainstorming session with him, was it when I knew the real work involved to create a stellar resume. He is a champ when it comes to scholarship strategy too. Made me work to the best of my potential with multiple iterations, calls and edits. The good thing was I started working with him pretty early for R1, giving me enough time to build my candidature and help me do things that last-minute applicants could not take advantage of.
Finally, made it to a top US MBA program with USD 80K scholarship and waiting for more results!
I got to know about Rishabh from one of my colleagues and researched in depth about his firm GyanOne and read various positive reviews about them before finally speaking with him to start work on my T10 bschool applications. Of course, my admit into Berkeley Haas would not have been possible without him. He believed in it more than i did. It was my dream school and he made this dream come true. Here are my two cents if you are selecting an Admissions Consultant for T10 admits.
Work with THE consultant: Unlike other firms, who have junior consultants working on your apps, Rishabh himself works on your apps and essays. No junior consultants at all. Genuine expertise and belief: Rishabh is very clear about what can be achieved realistically and what cannot be and conveys the same to you, so you work on a clear MBA path head on. Detailed knowledge that comes with experience. I got a lot of confidence and conviction about my own candidature after the very first call itself. Rishabh will work on all your documents thoroughly. Full on support – in everything. I mean it guys. He really makes you go beyond your potential and work hard on your essays and all other documents.
Fully Total recommended!
Thanks a ton again Rishabh. God bless!
I come from a social development background, quite unconventional in a geography like India, where it is still growing. I started small and want to make it big here. I didn’t know if schools would believe in this story and how to showcase my vision and add credibility to this vision. Some other personal weaknesses that I was trying to balance in my apps were nerve-wracking at times.
Rishabh and Swati helped me from the start till the end, from extensive school selection to essay storyboarding, and the interviews; they were always going beyond to support me and made sure the admission committee expectations were clear. Their prior experience in this domain helped me develop the right connections and gain an understanding of how an MBA is going to help me grow in the social sector.
Once I finished my applications with Rishabh and got interview calls, I started working with Swati for the interviews. Mocks with Swati were very close to the real interviews, and she thoroughly helped me refine my responses to all interview questions. And then came the final results. I cracked one of the top European programs with GyanOne.
Highly recommended!
Working with Rishabh on my MBA applications was truly a game-changing experience. His structured approach and flawless execution meant that I never had to follow up or worry about next steps – everything was always handled promptly and professionally.
What impressed me most was Rishabh’s exceptional talent for helping construct my story. My background included corporate work and entrepreneurship in two businesses, which he helped present cohesively. Rishabh skillfully wove these diverse experiences into a compelling narrative that beautifully showcased my unique journey and potential.
Rishabh’s well-thought-out process across all application components was invaluable. His holistic approach ensured that all elements of my application were perfectly aligned, creating a strong, consistent message throughout. This comprehensive strategy significantly reduced my stress and allowed me to focus on putting my best foot forward.
Beyond his professional expertise, Rishabh is a wonderful human being who is invested in his clients’ success. He went above and beyond by reviewing my essays for a school I hadn’t even signed up for his services with – a testament to his dedication and generosity.
Thanks to Rishabh’s guidance and support, I’ve received multiple admits to top 10 MBA programs. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking to maximize their chances of admission to their dream business school.
I worked with Rishabh on my application to MIT and he was great. He knows the school perfectly and what it offers in every domain and area that could help applicants. He shaped my story (I was a founding member at a fintech startup) by helping my identify my unique strengths and then positioned them in the right way. He was the perfect mentor, offering career advice and insight along the way. I applied to Stanford and MIT, and chose MIT. Here is what I loved about working with Rishabh and GyanOne: 1. Always available: Scheduling a chat with Rishabh was never a problem. He was always available, and even in periods of high stress close to the deadlines, he had a calm and assured way of doing things. 2. Authentic, genuine work: He always focused on having my own stories, and presenting my work in my own authentic way. He listened carefully to what I spoke about, and showed me how the school would look at it and how I should think about it. These brainstorming sessions were very important and they helped me get there. 3. Reasonably priced: I was surprised to find a top 5 consultant at the prices I did when I worked with Rishabh. I spoke to many other consultants before I decided to work with Rishabh, and Rishabh was the best by far in understanding what I was looking for. I cannot speak for the work of other consultants (did not work with them) but Rishabh (GyanOne) was much more reasonably priced and gave me excellent quality. 4. End to end help: Rishabh works with applicants across all the elements himself. So it is much easier to discuss them together. He does not use editors etc and that makes the job easier for the applicant.
A huge thank you to Rishabh and the GyanOne team for their exceptional guidance throughout my MBA application process. With my background as a Tech Analyst at Citibank and my IITian credentials, I had strong profile strengths but faced challenges with dated extracurriculars and limited career progression due to Citi’s hierarchy. GyanOne’s expertise was crucial in addressing these issues. 1. Rishabh is known to be very cautious about the number of applicants he works with and that is why his slots are filled up quite early in the season. He is commendable in helping you get the best version of yourself and pushes you till you are where you dream of being. He is truly a mentor more than a consultant. They helped me effectively leverage my extracurricular activities by connecting them to my present and future goals, and provided clarity in articulating my career vision post-MBA. Thanks to their support, I am thrilled to have been admitted to Rotman for a full-time MBA program. 2. With such detailed calls, brainstorming sessions and discussions that help you clarify all doubts, helps you build a vision for yourself and gives you a well-researched and fact driven approach to prepare stories for your application, I would say, be the best version of yourself with the best in the industry!
Rishabh is highly regarded in the admissions consulting industry and what makes him stand out is his personalized approach, expertise, and his record of successful admissions. Trust me guys, you have to speak to him to realize what am saying here. Genuine feedback. Genuine guidance and thus genuine results. This is not a paid review BTW. 😊 • Unlimited calls: Not only can you reach out to him for umpteen calls, he always communicates timelines to be followed in the beginning of the associations. So the app is submitted well within time and with best quality. • Worth every penny: While other consultants are not even touching recos and other documents, he not only prepares essays with you but also proactively works of your resume (what a doc he created!), but also your recos and scholarship app. • Showcasing Differentiators: Rishabh was able to emphasize unique aspects of your profile, making you stand out to admissions committees despite the limited business and leadership exposure. Securing a spot at Oxford’s MBA program with just three years of experience with a profile focused heavily on technology and analytics. I am super happy.
Rishabh Sir is a globally ranked consultant and it is for a reason. I am deeply grateful to him for his guidance and for showing me the correct way ahead. Coming in from an army background, I was unsure of the career paths ahead and options that lie in front of me. At this crossroads, I was looking for a real knowledgeable and honest expert who can guide me and take me towards my goal. I did thorough research on various consultants in India and abroad but was referred to Sir by my wife, who earlier made It to LBS with his help. And am so glad that this decision I made. He has a very detailed understanding of the defence services and knows a lot of things without me explaining them to him. And thus, could help me in taking an informed decision and making a spectacular application to the top European programs. 1. Only applications which are genuine and created without using any softwares can be successful at top MBA programs. 2. He has probably the maximum admits to Oxford, Cambridge and LBS from India, and that one of the reasons for me to start my applications with him without any doubt. 3. Both of were urged to discuss each and every essay and its story in details and the story was shared with us in as much depth as possible to help us create the essays. And when he did his magic on the drafts we shared, trust me it showed why he is the best in this industry. My leadership experience in the military was strong, but my business exposure was limited. Rishabh Sir’s expertise helped bridge that gap perfectly, providing tailored guidance that was crucial for my successful admission into the Oxford MBA program. His support was pivotal in helping me navigate this significant career shift.

His feedback was always constructive and helped me refine my application to a level I couldn’t have achieved on my own. He got me fantastic results and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great consultant.

Embarking on the journey towards my MBA, I faced daunting challenges, including modest GMAT (640) and GRE (322) scores that left many consultants skeptical about my aspirations.

My MBA application journey has been full of trials and tribulations, but as I reflect on it today, Rishabh’s contributions stand out.
Not only did Rishabh understand my story unlike anyone else, but he also uncovered aspects that I did not know were there. This personalized approach made me feel like I was not just another client, but someone whose success was personally important to him. His expertise in understanding what top MBA programs look for, coupled with his personalized approach, significantly contributed to my admission to a top-10 European program (awaiting results at other schools). Rishabh’s given wings to my ambitions and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
I had a great time working with Rishabh, who helped me clarify my thought process and understand what top schools look for before I applied. To be honest, I was not looking to work with a consultant before I spoke to Rishabh, but his clarity of thought and his belief in my candidature gave me confidence. Without writing a long story on my own journey here, which I think will be of limited use for people reading this, let me cover the main points to help you choose Rishabh as your MBA admissions consultant.
Rishabh understands Indian applicants very well. He could instantly pick up the right points to emphasize in my profile (Indian IT Male) and show me what to highlight. This was sincere, truthful presentation at all points but along the right points. I think it made a world of difference to my applications.
Rishabh is also a pillar of support, and he is always available to speak, discuss, and advise. I reached out to him well after all our apps were submitted and he kept giving me useful pieces of advice. He was always generous and thoughtful, and I felt reassured that he had my success in mind always.
Finally, he also helped me decide among the multiple admits I got. Letting go of some lower-cost/higher scholarship offers was difficult, but Rishabh’s advice was my north star in truly distilling MBA admissions and programs down to what matters most.
If you are looking for a consultant who knows Indian MBA applicants and the T15 like the back of his hand, choose Rishabh without a second thought. You will work with a calm, knowledgeable, and generous person who knows how to get you there.
This is a heartfelt review for Mr. Rishabh, who helped me get into multiple top MBA/MPP (public policy) programs despite the fact that I had higher than average experience and no policy exposure before I applied. I started my apps at the end of August, with most deadlines around the corner. He was patient and very encouraging and positive in all interactions, that helped me navigate the complexity well. After Round 1, I wanted to apply to top policy programs (Ivy league only) and I was not sure of my chances. Mr. Rishabh had a long discussion with me on those and my suitability, and after it, we applied to some of them. I’m headed to Chicago this fall, and it wouldn’t have been possible without him. I highly highly recommend him as a great consultant who has the interests of the applicant above everything else.
I came to Rishabh through a reference and I can now see why he is so highly regarded. I had over 8 years of experience when applying, so I was in the more ‘senior’ category of applicants. I also came from a very technical background in railway signaling. Rishabh’s advice stood out not just in terms of admissions or in terms of his knowledge of schools but also in terms of how to best position my candidature, and what things in my profile could most differentiate me. He knew my industry very well, and this helped put together a stronger application. I believe Rishabh does outstanding work and I highly recommend him.
Rishabh is exceptional! Working with him during my R1 process was nothing short of an excellent experience. He is extremely timely and deeply devoted to getting things done for the candidates he works with. He gave very candid guidance and never made me feel like I was taking any wrong decision. I was happy to get into my R1 school of choice and could not have done it without him. Highly recommend.
Got my results with over $100K in scholarships and several admits. That is quite something to say if you think that I started 15 days before the deadlines!!
What stands out about Rishabh’s approach to me is his desire to get to know the real you, the applicant. We were short on timelines when we started, but he still insisted that the story had to be authentic, the ‘real me’. His attention to detail was great, and he could tell me how to convert some of my weak points to strengths. I liked that he was always available to speak at short notice and though we had little time, he was calm and focused.
I’d also like to point out how I found him quite reasonable in terms of price (consulting fee) compared to other top 5 consultants. The ROI was great – I got a greater than 25X return working with Rishabh!
Rishabh is a great consultant. You should go work with him and you’ll see it for yourself, in his processes and approach and also in the results he gets you.
As an MBA admissions counselor, I had the honor of collaborating with Rishabh, and our time together was truly life-changing. My entrance to the Cornell Tech MBA program, along with a GMAT waiver and substantial scholarship assistance, were all made possible by Rishabh’s outstanding knowledge and personable approach.
The advice given by Rishabh was both practical and informative. With his individualized guidance that emphasized my specific abilities and experiences, he made short work of the lengthy application procedure. Throughout our collaboration, his grasp of the qualities sought after by prestigious schools like Cornell Tech shone through.
Rishabh excels at building human connections, which is one of his strongest suits. He was really interested in getting to know me, my professional objectives, and my ideal program. His suggestions were always tailored to my specific needs and goals, both professionally and personally, and this individual touch made all the difference.
Also, getting a scholarship even after applying with a GMAT waiver was a huge accomplishment, and Rishabh took a very strategic approach to the application overall. His extensive understanding of the application process and the admissions committee’s priorities shone through in my strong submission.
GyanOne MBA exceeded my expectations! Rishabh is very thorough with the research and knows the pulse of the very competitive landscape. His quick, easy-to-work-with approach resulted in a fantastic outcome, that too at an affordable rate which ended up being a good investment in terms of ROI. The entire process felt effortless, and his commitment to delivering quality results was evident throughout. Overall it truly set the base for my applications and I got interview calls from all 5 colleges I applied to.
I’ve been working with Rishabh, and I managed to secure interview invites from four of the best MBA programs globally (INSEAD, LBS, Oxford, Cambridge) and an admit from the latter three. I know many people have shared long stories here of their work with Rishabh, so I’ll keep it short and give you the major decision points on which you can choose Rishabh as an MBA admissions consultant without a second thought: 1. He is extremely patient, warm, and thorough. I was a bit late starting the process, and had limited time, but all my apps got done well ahead of deadlines with no stress. This was a huge relief for a working professional like me, and is saying something, because each of the schools I applied to had many essays and additional questions. For example, Cambridge has 5, Oxford has 7, and INSEAD has 8, including all questions within the apps themselves. So this was a lot of work, done with quality, and on time. 2. He knows the most prestigious business schools and MBA programs like the back of his palm. He could instantly identify the right points on my profile to emphasize in each application. This made my interviews a breeze as well. My story and need for an MBA was crystal clear in my mind. This also helped a lot because we didn’t waste time discussing needless things, and could get to the business end of things rapidly. 3. Very flexible with his time and availability. We could talk whenever we needed to, at short notice. This helped a lot. 4. Rishabh is extremely good on addressing the resume and recommendations as well and not just the essays. These can be paint points at times because recommenders aren’t available, and one isn’t really sure of how to improve the resume and what role it plays. 5. Found Rishabh and GyanOne quite reasonably priced compared to other consultants in the same league. In fact he was the lowest priced, but I can’t imagine what the other top 10 admission consultants are offering to charge so much more. I think Rishabh offfered me everything I was looking for and more.
I worked with Rishabh during my application process. His patience was remarkable; he was always ready to answer my queries and never hesitated to spend extra time explaining complex aspects of the application. His availability impressed me the most – he was open to multiple calls, ensuring accessibility at almost any hour, which greatly reduced my stress during this critical period.
Rishabh’s expertise across various schools was invaluable. He provided insights into each institution’s unique culture and requirements, which helped tailor my applications to resonate with each. His knowledge spanned not just the top-tier schools but also the emerging ones, giving me a broad spectrum of options to consider.
Most importantly, Rishabh consistently went above and beyond in his services. He didn’t just limit his guidance to the application process; he offered advice on careers and how to leverage the MBA experience for long-term career goals. This holistic approach demonstrated his commitment to not just getting clients into a program, but ensuring their success beyond it.
Rishabh has my full endorsement as a fantastic MBA admissions consultant.
Just a couple of months ago, I embarked on my MBA journey with a mixture of dreams and dilemmas. The deadlines were drawing dangerously close, and I had but a fortnight to showcase a lifetime of learning and leadership from my family business background. The task seemed Herculean, until I was introduced to Rishabh, who I believe is India’s top MBA admissions consultant.
Our collaboration commenced merely two weeks before the deadlines. Despite the tight timeline, Rishabh dove into my narrative with a discerning eye and a pragmatic approach. He meticulously unraveled the threads of my personal and professional journey, helping articulate a compelling story that resonated with the ethos of my dream school – Darden. His adept coaching transformed my decent 740 GMAT score and unique family business experience into a robust application that not only reflected my aspirations accurately but also aligned seamlessly with Darden’s values.
Being an international candidate from India, I was initially apprehensive about the nuances of the admissions process. However, Rishabh’s profound understanding of the global MBA landscape, coupled with his personalized guidance, alleviated my anxieties and equipped me with the confidence and clarity to navigate through the application maze.
It’s not just his expertise that stands out, but also his strong commitment and genuine concern for my success that left an indelible mark. The countless hours he invested in refining my essays, preparing me for interviews, and instilling a sense of self-belief, are a testament to his dedication and effectiveness as an admissions consultant.
Securing a spot at Darden seemed like a distant dream just a few weeks ago, but with Rishabh’s invaluable insight and relentless support, that dream has morphed into a delightful reality. I am not just a proud admit but a grateful mentee, eager to recommend Rishabh to any ambitious MBA aspirant looking to transform their B-school dreams into concrete acceptance letters.
Every journey begins with a step. But my step, a leap of faith really, was into the world of MBA admissions – a labyrinth of tests, applications, interviews, and an endless sea of doubt. My compass, my guiding star in this odyssey, was Rishabh.
In the beginning, there were just two things: my 710 GMAT score and a dream of getting into a top B-school. Booth was the dream, the summit of my aspirations. Yet, I stood at the base of this mountain, looking up and wondering how I’d ever reach the top. Then came Rishabh.
Rishabh’s magic lay in his ability to see the person behind the scores and transcripts. He saw my potential, my aspirations, my journey. He listened to my story, understood my strengths and weaknesses, and helped me shape a narrative that was uniquely mine. A narrative that transformed a 710 GMAT score from a mere statistic into a tale of resilience, determination, and intellectual curiosity. But it wasn’t just about polishing applications or preparing for interviews. Rishabh offered more. He was a steady presence in a whirlwind of stress and uncertainty. When I stumbled, he was there with a reassuring word. When I succeeded, he was there with a word of praise. He shared my joys and my anxieties as if they were his own.
Rishabh’s genuine care and dedication were deeply touching. His commitment went beyond professional duty. It was a personal investment in my dream, my journey. It was this empathy, this understanding, that made all the difference.
As I now stand at the threshold of Booth, ready to embark on a new journey, I look back at the path I’ve traversed. The journey was long, the climb steep, and the challenges many. But every step of the way, Rishabh was there. His guidance was not just about securing an MBA spot; it was about discovering my own potential, about gaining confidence, about learning to navigate the labyrinth of life.
To those standing where I once stood, at the foot of a towering dream, I recommend Rishabh. His expertise will guide you, his empathy will comfort you, and his faith will empower you. He doesn’t just prepare you for an MBA admission; he prepares you for a journey, for life. I began this journey with a 710 GMAT score and a dream. I am ending it with so much more – an admission to Booth, an enriching journey, and a lifelong gratitude to you.
When I first embarked on my journey to apply for New York University, I was filled with a mix of excitement and apprehension. The application process was daunting, more so because I was late to the game. It was at this juncture that Rishabh entered the scene, infusing my journey with his extraordinary knack for strategic planning and unshakeable optimism.
The first time I spoke with Rishabh, his aura of positivity was apparent. His confidence was infectious, and he seemed to believe in my potential even more than I did. Rather than viewing my late application as a setback, Rishabh transformed it into a thrilling race against time, showing me that with the right plan in place, even seemingly impossible deadlines could be met.
Rishabh’s approach to defining my goals was one of the most transformative experiences for me. He didn’t simply help me write a good story; he guided me on a journey of self-discovery. We spent hours discussing what truly mattered to me, why I was drawn to NYU, and how my aspirations aligned with the university’s ethos. His thoughtful questions and patient listening helped me uncover a deeper understanding of my own ambitions. By the end of it, my goals were not just sentences on paper, but a reflection of my innermost desires and motivations.
My academic profile was not perfect, and I was conscious of a few blemishes that could potentially mar my chances. Rishabh, however, taught me that our weaknesses do not define us; it’s how we rise from them that matters. He guided me to transform my perceived shortcomings into stories of resilience and personal growth. This made my application more genuine and relatable, a testament to my journey rather than just a showcase of achievements.
Rishabh is not just a stellar admissions consultant, but also a warm human being who celebrates his students’ victories as his own. The joy in his voice when I received my acceptance letter from NYU will forever be etched in my heart. His unwavering faith in my potential, coupled with his profound expertise, made the seemingly arduous journey to NYU a journey of growth and self-discovery.
I write this testimonial in the highest praise and with immense gratitude for Rishabh, an exceptional MBA admissions consultant who played an instrumental role in my successful application to the prestigious Oxford MBA program. In MBA admissions, the third round of applications is known for its heightened competitiveness and reduced chances of acceptance. In addition to this, my circumstances were far from conventional. I came from a non-traditional background, not one of the renowned feeder firms. I was juggling an extremely demanding schedule and, quite frankly, my confidence was not at its peak given the timeline I was working within. I was an underdog, a daunting position to be in during such a pivotal phase of my career.
Enter Rishabh, a beacon of hope in this intimidating process. From our very first interaction, his expertise was evident. But it was his ability to listen, understand, and then tailor his guidance to my unique situation that truly set him apart. Rishabh has an uncanny knack for getting things exactly right in the first go, a quality that proved to be invaluable given my tight schedule.
Despite his busy calendar, Rishabh always found the time to support me, whether it was for meticulously refining my application or for calming my nerves during those particularly stressful moments. His kindness and generosity extended far beyond what one might expect from a professional relationship. Rishabh was not just my consultant, he was my coach, my mentor, and my cheerleader, constantly reminding me of my worth and potential. Rishabh’s guidance was not confined to mere checklists and deadlines. He helped me introspect and articulate my story in a way that was compelling, authentic, and reflective of who I am. He helped me transform my unconventional background into a unique strength, showing the admissions committee the diverse perspective I could bring to the program.
Because of Rishabh, I didn’t just submit an application; I shared a narrative – my narrative. I didn’t just survive the admissions process; I thrived through it. And most importantly, I didn’t just dream of attending Oxford; I made it a reality. To anyone navigating the labyrinthine world of MBA admissions, especially those who feel they don’t fit the traditional applicant mold, I cannot recommend Rishabh enough. His expertise, kindness, and precision can turn the tide in your favor, just as they did for me.
Thank you, Rishabh, for helping me realize my dream. Your guidance was not just about securing an MBA spot; it was a masterclass in resilience, self-belief, and the power of authenticity. I am forever grateful.
Writing this testimonial for Rishabh Gupta feels more like sharing a journey than a mere recommendation. When we first approached Rishabh, we were stepping into an unknown world, the college admissions process, with plenty of apprehensions and reservations. We were novices, needing more than just a professional consultant. We needed someone who could empathize with our concerns, guide us patiently and lighten the load on our shoulders.
Rishabh was just that person. He didn’t just provide strategic insights and tactical advice; he walked alongside us every step of the way. He was our beacon when things seemed confusing, and his calm demeanor reassured us during moments of uncertainty. His depth of knowledge is impressive, but it is his ability to impart that wisdom in a relatable and accessible manner that sets him apart.
We weren’t just another case for Rishabh. He cared about our son’s journey, his aspirations, his worries. He made himself available, always ready to listen, to advise, and to encourage. His dedication to our son’s success was palpable, and it made all the difference.
But Rishabh’s role extended beyond the sphere of admissions consulting. His interactions with our son sparked introspection, self-realization and personal growth. He encouraged our son to understand his strengths and to embrace his individuality. This wisdom, coming from a person as mature and grounded as Rishabh, has left an indelible mark on our son’s personality.
To say that Rishabh is a fantastic admissions consultant would be an understatement. He is a mentor, a guide, and a friend. His empathy and dedication are deeply human, traits that can’t be taught but are inherent in his character. We are truly grateful for his guidance, and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone navigating the college admissions process. With Rishabh, you’re not just getting a consultant; you’re gaining a companion for your journey.
My experience working with Rishabh from GyanOne, widely regarded as the best MBA consultant in India, was nothing short of transformative. I first heard about Rishabh through multiple recommendations from the IIT network, and learned that he had successfully helped my brother and several others gain admission to top MBA programs.
Through multiple discussions and a deep dive into my background and goals, Rishabh provided invaluable insights into the MBA program I was targeting. His genuine interest in my success and keen understanding of the school’s unique culture were integral in crafting a compelling application that showcased my strengths and aligned with the program’s values.
Rishabh’s hands-on approach, featuring multiple touch points and consistent follow-ups, kept me on track and motivated throughout the process. His attention to detail and thoroughness ensured that each aspect of my application received the proper focus, resulting in a polished and cohesive final product.
The interview preparation was one of the most remarkable aspects of my journey with Rishabh. His dedication to meticulously addressing every potential question in our mock interviews made me feel confident and ready for the real thing. Rishabh’s ability to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback helped me refine my responses and effectively convey my story.
Throughout our collaboration, Rishabh’s warmth, patience, and unwavering support gave me the sense that I was working with not only a top-notch professional but also a true partner who cared about my personal growth and success.
I cannot recommend Rishabh and GyanOne highly enough for their unparalleled MBA admissions consulting services. With Rishabh’s expertise, commitment, and unique understanding of the school’s culture, I was not only admitted to my first-choice program but also awarded a significant scholarship. Choosing to work with Rishabh was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I am absolutely thrilled to write this testimonial for Rishabh, who played a pivotal role in my admission to a top-25 MBA program. I contacted Rishabh just a month before the application deadlines, and unlike other consultants, I spoke to, he was cool and confident. He quickly presented a solid plan to target the right schools and deadlines, assuring me that we could make it work together.
Rishabh’s expertise in navigating the admissions process and his exceptional knowledge of various industries were instrumental in building a strong application. As someone coming from a niche pharmaceutical background, I was particularly impressed with how he was able to skillfully position my profile by highlighting my strengths and accomplishments. His keen understanding of my unique experiences allowed him to craft a compelling narrative that resonated with the admissions committees.
From the very beginning, Rishabh was dedicated to helping me identify the right programs that not only offered waivers but also maintained a high standard of education. His meticulous attention to every aspect of the application process, including my resume and recommendations, was truly commendable. He maintained a firm grip on all the moving parts and ensured that everything was in order as the deadlines approached. His unwavering focus and dedication put me at ease, knowing that I had a reliable guide by my side.
What highlights’s Rishabh approach is his accessibility and willingness to help at a moment’s notice. He was always available for a chat or discussion, providing constructive feedback and offering creative ideas for improvement. His enthusiasm and genuine interest in my success made the entire experience enjoyable and rewarding.
I wholeheartedly recommend Rishabh to anyone seeking guidance in their MBA admissions journey. His expertise, commitment, and personalized approach will undoubtedly help you achieve your goals and secure a place at your dream business school.
I’ll keep this short so anyone reading it can get the maximum benefit from it. So I worked with Rishabh on the recommendation of a friend at ZS. Rishabh has worked with several ZS folks over the years and knows the firm intricately. Before I got the recommendation, I had spoken to five other consultants in India and outside. After working with Rishabh and comparing his approach to what others had mentioned, I can safely say that Rishabh Gupta is India’s best MBA admissions consultant. Here’s what I loved the most about working with Rishabh:
1. He has the information you want readily available, so no waste of time. When you spend one hour on a brainstorming call with him, it’s like spending several hours brainstorming on your own. So he knows his stuff. Has incredible insight into M7 and T15, and is a specialist in schools like Kellogg, Booth, UCLA, Tepper, and European schools like LBS and IESE.
2. Will not let anything below his quality bar pass. I remember instances when I had created essays that I was happy with, but Rishabh wouldn’t let me submit them till they were the best. You know he will have your best interests at heart.
3. He is always calm and relaxed, and won’t let you panic. I remember we did one European application very close to the deadline because I decided to add a school at the last minute. It went flawlessly and I got admitted with a scholarship too.
4. His processes are very mature and reliable as he has perfected them over a decade. So any problem you ask him, he always has a solid solution right away. That put the pressure right off my shoulders.
5. He will continue to guide you after the admit and offer insights and useful advice on choosing programs and doing well on the MBA itself. A relationship with Rishabh is a friendship for keeps.
I don’t think I need to say now that he is highly recommended by me. Speak to him once and you won’t go anywhere else.
I am beyond ecstatic to share my experience working with Rishabh, who not only helped me get into the LBS MiM program but also secured a scholarship for me! As a 21-year-old, I was incredibly impressed with Rishabh’s easy availability and his masterful approach to positioning my application perfectly in just one go, saving me a ton of time and stress. The positioning was so strong that I used it to apply successfully to other top MiM programs as well, but I’ve chosen to attend LBS now.
Rishabh is a true master at weaving together disparate parts of one’s story. He helped me craft a coherent and compelling narrative that showcased my unique experiences and achievements. He also provided invaluable guidance on my recommendation strategy, especially with a difficult-to-work-with recommender. His deep understanding of top schools like LBS and their expectations proved to be a significant advantage for my application.
Another aspect where Rishabh shone was in interview preparation. He offered a point-by-point improvement plan that elevated my performance to a whole new level. His personalized feedback and suggestions allowed me to confidently tackle even the most challenging interview questions, making a lasting impression on the admissions committee.
I firmly believe that Rishabh is the best MiM admissions consultant in the world. The incredible experience I had working with him is a testament to his expertise and commitment to helping applicants achieve their dreams. If you’re looking for a consultant who knows the ins and outs of top MiM programs and can guide you every step of the way, look no further than Rishabh!
Rishabh was superb in helping me secure a Kenan-Flagler admit though I had applied with a waiver. Kenan-Flagler was a super-competitive school to aspire to when we began. Rishabh handheld me through the process, from transforming my CV into a world-class document to helping me build super-solid essays that told my story perfectly. If you’re looking for a top MBA consultant in India, he’s your man.
When I first reached out to Rishabh and his company GyanOne, it was at a point in my life where I felt lost and uncertain about my MBA application journey. A close friend, who had been in a similar situation and had successfully secured admission to a top MBA program with Rishabh’s guidance, highly recommended him. I had till then been working with another consultant but I felt that there were still gaps and weaknesses in my story. With less than a month to go for deadlines, I was angsty. I was desperate for a change, and after researching Rishabh and GyanOne’s consistent track record of success, I decided to take a leap of faith and contact Rishabh – a decision that transformed my life.
As soon as we began working together, Rishabh’s unwavering commitment to perfection became evident. He guided me through multiple iterations of my resume and helped me see the value in my experiences. He provided me with deep insights that I could discuss with my recommenders, enabling them to write powerful letters of support that reinforced my candidature. His dedication to helping me find my genuine voice touched me deeply, and I could feel that he genuinely cared about my success.
Despite the immense pressure and tight deadlines, Rishabh’s calm and strategic approach kept me grounded. In those vulnerable moments when I doubted my abilities, he was there to remind me of my strengths and potential. I felt like I had a true ally by my side, someone who believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. I remember reaching out to him at one point worrying about the deadlines, and he told me to focus on the application and not the deadline because the deadline would then automatically be met. That is exactly what happened. I loved his approach on focusing on quality in all circumstances. In the end, with Rishabh’s help, I submitted applications that not only reflected my genuine voice but also showcased my strengths and potential in the best possible light. My journey with Rishabh and GyanOne taught me to embrace my vulnerability and believe in myself – lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
Rishabh’s interview preparation was another game-changer for me. He patiently worked with me to refine my answers, making sure I maintained my authentic voice while still presenting the best version of myself. As we went through the mock interviews, I gradually found the confidence to face any question that came my way. The experience was intense, but Rishabh’s support made me feel like I could conquer anything – and I did.
Working with Rishabh and GyanOne was more than just a transaction; it was a life-changing experience that made me grow as an individual. I found GyanOne pricing to be very competitive with other Indian and international consultants. Every penny I spent on GyanOne services was an investment in my future and the person I wanted to become. Rishabh and GyanOne offer the best of international MBA consulting at Indian prices, making their life-changing services accessible to high-potential applicants.
If you’re looking for the MBA application dream team that will not only guide you to success but also help you grow as an individual, look no further than Rishabh and GyanOne. They are, without a doubt, the best investment you can make in your MBA journey and personal growth. Their track record for top MBA admits is stellar and I can vouch that the hype is real because there’s a lot of substance behind it.
I received an offer from the Tepper MBA with a scholarship. Rishabh was right at the center of it all, acting as my mentor, project manager, and trainer, all rolled into one. I applied to Kellogg, Tepper, and Marshall, and have interview invites from all three (final results from Marshall and Kellogg are awaited). Here’s what I found great about working with him: – He does not beat around the bush. He will give you exactly the feedback you need. I was hesitant initially in optimizing my resume, but he kept pushing me to bring out the best of my work. His ethical but firm approach is a big boost to applicants. – Often, when one is low on confidence or belief, he will push you to do your best. This is very helpful when you are not able to see the next steps. I couldn’t fully appreciate this earlier, but connecting the dots backward, I do. – It is often difficult for an applicant to envision the right goals and path they must choose to fulfill their career ambitions. Rishabh helps you to understand the best options, and then choose ones that are authentic as well as powerful. – He will not stop till you get it right. From reviewing my interview answers to asking me multiple times to improve them, he truly pushed me to achieve my potential, and I did. – If you’re an MBA applicant who is looking for someone who deeply cares, and will get you the result, go with Rishabh.
Rishabh is a star consultant, and it shows from the way he executes. Always on time, always ready with new ideas, and very patient in understanding client concerns. He helped me secure a great scholarship despite me having a score of less than 700, and provided great advice on school selection, application strategy, and time management.
He was very thorough and I am very happy to have worked with Mr. Rishabh
I worked with Rishabh on my application to NUS, Singapore. Focusing my application to only Asian colleges, I was a bit skeptical about my chances of selection. But from the get-go, Rishabh was very sure about the application and at times helped me through my anxiety as well. The process Rishabh follows is extremely professional and he is ready to put in those hours with you. He will make sure that every piece of the application is perfect, even if it takes multiple iterations. He is always accessible and helpful throughout the way. I absolutely loved working with him and have recommended him to multiple others.
I was looking for the best MBA admission consultants in India when I happened to find Rishabh right here on P&Q. After reading several great reviews, I contacted him, and I loved the initial review he gave me. Within a day, Rishabh had a solid plan in place to approach my application. In the first call itself, he could identify and tell me the key points that would differentiate me, and guide the discussion on my goals. Long story short, I sailed into my target MBA program, with no worries on structuring my application, managing timelines, or getting the result. He comes highly recommended from my side.
Rishabh is a tremendous consultant who brings a lot more than just advice to the table. He brought a plan and a great way to execute it specifically to my needs. He is a Wharton specialist who knows the school like the back of his hand, and he could condense my stories to highlight the qualities that fit with the school’s community. He also had multiple custom frameworks and approaches to help me prepare for the Wharton TBD (Team Based Discussion), a format specific to Wharton, and these were game-changer. It helped bring out differentiating qualities in a super-competitive process with high achievers from around the world.
Rishabh’s brainstorming sessions are the stuff of legends, and I had been referred to him by a previous client of his. In those sessions, he could pinpoint themes from my profile that would get the most spotlight, and he could tell me the resources of the school that I should research more. His guidance was pivotal to getting an admit.
If you are applying to Wharton or other M7 schools, you do yourself a big favor by working with Rishabh.
Working with Rishabh and GyanOne was an absolute game-changer for me. With just two years of work experience under my belt, I never thought I would stand a chance at getting into a top MBA program, let alone receive a scholarship. But with Rishabh’s expert guidance and support, I was able to craft a compelling application that caught the attention of the admissions committee and secured me a spot in the program.
Not only did Rishabh and GyanOne provide personalized advice and feedback on my essays and resume, but they also helped me prepare for my interviews and navigate the complex admissions process. Their knowledge of the ins and outs of MBA admissions was truly unparalleled, and I couldn’t have done it without them.
In the end, I was not only accepted into my dream MBA program, but I was also awarded a $40K scholarship, thanks to the incredible support and guidance of GyanOne’s team. I can’t recommend them enough – they truly are the best in the world at what they do.
I’ve received over $160K in scholarships from two top-20 schools already, and have results pending from 4 top-15 schools. Rishabh has made possible what seemed like only a dream just a few months ago. He was able to achieve all this despite the fact that I had just 1 month, yes one month to work on my apps for multiple schools. His calm demeanor and thoroughly professional approach ensured results for me everywhere I applied.
In addition to helping me articulate my goals, Rishabh also provided invaluable advice on how to build a solid and impressive resume. My initial resume was a three-page document that was unorganized and lacked focus, but with his guidance, I was able to transform it into a concise and compelling summary of my professional achievements.
As I navigated the application process, I encountered a number of roadblocks, such as recommenders who were not cooperating. Rishabh was there to support me every step of the way, providing guidance and encouragement when I needed it most.
Ultimately, thanks to his expertise and dedication, I was able to submit world-class documents that helped me stand out from the competition. I am extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to apply to an MBA program.
Rishabh has a very thorough process of building applications that strikes you the moment you start with him. He is a no-fluff, no-nonsense kind of guy who will not hesitate to give you the facts, and then work very hard with you to achieve even the most challenging of options. When I began, LBS was my top choice and target school, and he told me that with the right planning and hard work, it could definitely be achieved.
In the next few weeks, he worked with me in a very thorough and structured way on all of my applications, including the LBS one. On the way, I had a number of questions and doubts about shaping my application and getting the fit with the school right. I had limited time with me due to my hectic schedule. Rishabh helped me negotiate everything flawlessly, despite deadline pressure. His expertise was very reassuring at some times, and critical at others.
If you are looking for a thorough professional who knows how to get you there, and will give you plenty of empathy and understanding to smoothen your journey, you can go with Rishabh with your eyes closed. He is the best of the best out there!
I highly recommend Rishabh to anyone who is considering applying to a top MBA program. As someone who has worked with Rishabh firsthand, I can attest to the fact that he is a true professional.
From the very beginning, Rishabh followed a thorough and structured process that helped me to identify my strengths, weaknesses, and goals. He took the time to understand my unique background and experiences, and he used that knowledge to tailor his advice and guidance to my specific needs.
Throughout the application process, Rishabh was always prompt and responsive, and he made sure to keep me informed and on track. He provided valuable feedback on my essays, helped me to prepare for interviews, and offered insights and advice that were instrumental in my success.
In the end, I was accepted into a top MBA program, and I am confident that I would not have been able to achieve this without Rishabh’s guidance and support. I am truly grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an admissions consultant.
In my second year of applying, I worked with Rishabh. In my first year of applying with a different Indian Consultant, I didn’t get in anywhere. Several of my ZS coworkers, some of whom worked with him the same year, told me about him. Later, I looked online and found several good things said about him and his company, including here. Coming from an Indian Male Engineer pool was a tough challenge in addition to the low academic GPA. Rishabh’s blunt feedback and honest expectations however made this journey easy. The many brainstorming and strategy sessions I had with him were great, but what I liked most was that he knew exactly how to build applications for the most success. A one-hour meeting with Rishabh is like a four-hour meeting with other consultants. I know, because I met with a few of them before I was referred to Rishabh. This saves time and is very reassuring because you don’t just want to work on your apps, you also want to feel like you’re making progress. He kept me focused on the job at hand and was very clear about how likely I was to get into the schools I applied to.
Rishabh also knows a lot about consulting and healthcare, and he helped me position myself perfectly at the intersection of the two, always keeping a patient and mature attitude. He is easy to talk to and was always willing to help me or just listen to my worries. It’s no wonder why other people I’ve talked to say so good things about him. His resources are extremely helpful and his research for every college is too detailed.
I think there isn’t a better consultant out there, and trust me, I’ve looked around (for 2 years). You can put your full trust in him, and you won’t be sorry. Happy to connect and discuss more things in detail
So guys, I researched a ton of consultants out there, and I found Rishabh to be among just two in India churning out admits to the best European MBAs (INSEAD, LBS, Oxbridge) year on year. I was a bit skeptical at first but then these very reviews that came from verified sources helped me make a decision. One of my friends (now at Oxford) had also recommended Rishabh so I decided to speak to him first. This was about a month before the deadlines for all my choices so you can imagine that I was a bit concerned about the time left.
Rishabh put me at ease and chalked out a detailed plan to still meet the deadlines. I was most happy that he didn’t push me to apply to lower options or later deadlines like a lot of other consultants. He has a truly client-first approach and that shows. Also, I was surprised to see that GyanOne’s pricing was very competitive and reasonable compared to other Indian and foreign consultants. I signed up with them for three schools, to be done in one month.
If time was scarce, it didn’t feel like that working with Rishabh. Because we had defined timelines, I knew what to expect and when. We discussed my life story, goals, and why I wanted an MBA, and he guided me to bring out my authentic voice on everything. Building a genuine application that was mine was very important and I am glad I could accomplish that. Rishabh is a perfectionist and he won’t let you do less than your best. We did 6 iterations of my resume alone and many more of the essays till we were both happy with them. I was delighted to submit strong applications a few days in advance, something I couldn’t think of as possible just a month back.
After I got interview calls, we trained on them. Rishabh has a very methodical way of looking at your interview, with both a micro and a macro outlook, and that helps you gain confidence on what you train and even what you don’t train on. I think I had a great grasp of my goals and my reasoning for an MBA when I took the interview. My interviewer even commended me on exactly that.
I now have an admission from Oxford and I’m waiting for other results to come through. If you are reading this now, and if you are lucky enough to find a slot with Rishabh, grab it right now. He is one of those rare consultants who won’t sell you false dreams, and will make your own dreams come true.
I came across Rishabh through Poets&Quants top consultants directory and he was rated one among the top. I approached GyanOne and had an initial profile review call with Rishabh, post which I decided to work with him. Rishabh has been incredibly helpful in shaping and polishing my application in all aspects from resume and essays to interviews. His guidance all through the process has been invaluable, and I couldn’t have done this on my own. He was very accommodating and was always ready to have a chat or a call for brainstorming if I was stuck somewhere. Getting his time and availability has never been a problem. One thing that perhaps stood out to me the most in Rishabh was his meticulous understanding of the nuances of top schools and what they seek in an applicant. Rishabh doesn’t compromise and pushes you – we have done countless iterations of resumes and essays to get them in the best possible shape. He is well organized and keeps track of everything – I was surprised that he remembered many elements of my profile, a few of which I thought were inconsequential, and helped position them appropriately in my essays. Not just the working aspect, all my interactions with him have been pleasant and he was warm and affable. I really felt comfortable throughout the process, and was never hesitant to reach out to him even on the trivial components of my app. He also offered to review my essays of other schools that I wasn’t working with him on. All in all, I highly recommend Rishabh to anyone looking to get into M7 and top schools, considering my great experience working with him!
I got a Cambridge MBA admission as a reapplicant with Rishabh’s help. Found his services very cost-effective and very targeted for people who want to get into the best MBA course around the world. He helps calm nerves and takes a focused and structured approach to every application that I loved. GyanOne services were worth every penny and were much cheaper for me than using a foreign (non-Indian) consultant.
Later I worked with Rishabh on the LBS application (waiting for results) as well and interviewed there too. From no admits last year to multiple admits this year, I have been able to come this far with his help. He is a very patient and mature consultant and someone I advise everyone to work with.
Rishabh has a very deep understanding of what different schools look for and he could highlight exactly what I needed to do. The Cambridge MBA app has 8 essays and Rishabh took a fresh approach to all of them, building in consistency and highlighting the very best of my profile. Although I had worked with other admissions consultants the past year and already had a resume, Rishabh revamped that and showed me what a top-class resume looks like. On the way, we often discussed my career goals, and chances of landing the right role in the right industry, and he gave me some great career and life tips as well.
Rishabh also had all the time in the world to spend on my application. I could speak to him multiple times a week or twice a day as I needed to or ask him the same query again. He was always patient and had a solution-oriented approach. This really put me at ease because I knew we were working towards the same objective always which was to build as good an application as we could. This is exactly why I later signed up with Rishabh to work on my LBS app as well for which I got the interview call and am now awaiting the result.
I’ve worked with top MBA admissions consultants abroad and those in India. Rishabh gives you the best in the world with the best value to cost ratio. If you are thinking of hiring an international consultant, take my advice and go with Rishabh and GyanOne instead. You will get higher quality, much more personalized attention, and great results.
Great support and guidance. He took up my applications even though it was late rounds and tight schedule for Top European B schools. Great coaching and inputs for the complete process upto Interviews. I also did Mock interviews with him, which was also great to boost my confidence and correct my approach. Overall great experience!!
I’m a government officer, so there aren’t many consultants who can provide in-depth advice for people like me. Goals, reasons for an MBA, and target schools all look slightly different for me, given my profile. Rishabh understands top business schools and programs exceptionally well, and he helped me refine my goals and objectives for seeking an MBA in multiple programs. Some of the particular aspects he shone out on were the essays, the resume, and advice on the recommendations (again, they were a bit non-traditional for me). What differentiates him from most other consultants is the time and care he invests in each candidate. He is always willing to give you time, which is of paramount importance during the hustle of the application process. I endorse him fully and recommend him highly, especially to Indian applicants from a government services background.
Rishabh helped me apply to Wharton, Booth, and MIT. I am waitlisted at Wharton and Booth after my interviews, and got the awaited call from Boston last week. Here are the things I liked the most about working with him: – He follows a very well-defined process. Because he has a plan for all parts of the application, it helped me eliminate the stress of having multiple dynamic things in the process, and focus on building my best applications. – He will motivate you to be ambitious and aim for the highest schools you can get into. When we began, I was not sure if I should be applying to Wharton, Booth, and MIT, because they are among the highest-ranked options. At one point, I wanted to consider a couple of lower and safer schools, but Rishabh motivated me to not lose sight of the best schools. – Always positive and cheerful, and very accommodative of requests for discussion. This really helps you in the heat of admissions. – The best part is that he knows the schools inside out, and he knows exactly how to position you. I come from a technology hardware background, and it was often not easy to position my candidature. Rishabh helped me bring out the right personal and professional stories that made for a great candidature. I will certainly recommend him.
I was recommended to Rishabh by one of my friends, who got an admit to Ross with his help. When I began applying, I wasn’t sure of the options to target. I liked that Rishabh did not push me towards any option, but told me to consider the ones that suited me carefully. He did not ask me to choose lower schools, and asked me to be ambitious to try for the best ones. I liked that. I already had an MBA (I was applying to my second one), was an Indian applicant (I hear it’s a tough category to apply from) and had more than 10 years of experience, which made me a bit concerned about the chances. 3 months later, I have an admit to INSEAD, with a scholarship, and I am delighted to recommend Rishabh as a great consultant who will truly be your guide and partner in pursuing your dreams at the most challenging and top-ranked MBA programs in the world. Specific things I liked: punctuality, commitment, school knowledge, and quality of guidance.
Got admitted to my first choice program with just 2 years of experience even though the average at the school is five. Rishabh was tremendous in helping me with my essays, goals, and applications. The best thing about him was that he knew what to do at every step, and he would challenge me to do better and give my best, not just be happy with ‘good enough’. He is also not afraid to give you the right advice even if he feels it won’t make you happy. MBA applications are pretty demanding by themselves, and there are so many different elements to look at. Having an experienced coach in Rishabh helped me find direction and focus.
He gave me a step-by-step plan of action and carefully orchestrated my application strategy. He also took the time to understand my resume, strengths, and weaknesses, and went over them all with a fine-toothed comb. He kept asking probing questions to come up with a great storyline and positioned my candidature such that even my interviewers complimented me for my strong essays and interesting story-telling. Simultaneously, Rishabh offered great career advice, though it went against what I was planning at the time. He is a great mentor and consultant who I recommend highly.
Around the end of December 2021, I decided to apply to business school. My main problem was that most deadlines were weeks away, and I needed to put together some extensive applications. I first worked with Rishabh for the premium profile evaluation he offers, in which he gave me several points on what I could do. To be honest, till then, I had been on the fence on whether I should apply; the conversations with Rishabh helped me decide to apply right then. He did not push me to apply to any school, and I liked the honest approach. Rishabh’s calendar at the time was full because of R2 applications, but he honored my request to help me out, though we couldn’t start immediately. He assured me that he would help me apply with good applications in time, and I was delighted to hear that.
A month later, and I had already put in two applications. Oxford was first, and then HEC Paris. Rishabh spends his time finding ways to make your qualifications stand out, and then works with you to create a story about the events leading to your accomplishments. He tells you that the best strategy is to focus on quality rather than deadlines, so you should feel confident in your work and put in a great app, not just meet a deadline. Rishabh told me about the schools, but he did much more than that. He told me about the career I could build, and what I could achieve. I found this advice very helpful because it kept me motivated throughout the process. This also made me feel like a partner and like someone who was actually working on an MBA application to make my career grow, not simply to get into B-school.
I recommend Rishabh to anyone looking for a consultant in the admissions process. He was an invaluable resource for me as I applied to business school. Not only did he help me get into HEC Paris, but he also helped me create a fantastic resume, and he served as a great sounding board for my ideas.
As I’ve mentioned earlier, he offers a (paid) profile evaluation offering which is a ‘lite’ version of working on an MBA app, and I would suggest applicants look into that as a great way to get to know him before they even begin applying.
Rishabh helped me make it to my top choice Master’s program, and overcome the challenges that I saw in the application process and in my own profile. His professionalism, availability, and calmness stood out to me in creating an application in two weeks’ time and winning an admission. He did not hesitate to provide direct feedback (including things that he did not agree with), and also incorporated my questions and queries at every point in the process. I strongly recommend him.
Got into two top MSF programs with Rishabh’s help. His support was very helpful in deciding the schools and building strong applications to each program. As MSF apps tend to be technical, bouncing ideas off Rishabh, thinking through career goals, and creating the right fit with the programs tremendously helped. He has an excellent understanding of the sector (finance) and top MS programs within it.
I began the journey of applying to top MS in Business Analytics programs with Rishabh a bit nervously. My GRE score wasn’t the highest, and my last 2 attempts to reach out to him hadn’t borne fruit because all his consulting slots were already taken. His team kept telling me that he doesn’t take more apps once he reaches capacity, but even as I waited, I could feel the urgency every day. After all, I was a reference. I had been recommended to Rishabh by my sister, who had made it to the Rotman MBA and a few other Canadian MBA programs with him a few years ago.
When I did finally get a slot with Rishabh though, the wait was worth it. He helped me create a bulletproof plan on the right programs to target and a sound strategy on how to approach each. This approach was very useful, because when you’re a few weeks away from deadlines, hearing an expert tell you that you’ll make it really helps. Rishabh even helped me identify other programs I could apply to on my own, a good backup strategy for me. The process with him is simple. When you begin, you work with him to have a customized list of programs to apply to and an actionable plan on how you are going to hit each one of them. Every time you meet Rishabh, he gives you action items to work on and you have regular check-ins with him to make sure you are working on them and are on track to make timely submissions.
I worked hard on my applications, but Rishabh helped me see the areas I could improve. I appreciated his advice, and he helped me see how to tweak my essays and my activity list to create a compelling application. We spoke several times as I made my applications, and I was able to put together an application that really stood out. We discussed goals, recommenders, and school fits till we were sure these were perfect, and as it turns out, they were.
Now, I have 2/2 in two different ways with Rishabh. I got into both the programs I applied to, and both my family members (me and my sister) got in with Rishabh’s help. He helped me not only by writing my recommendation letter, but he also helped write my essays. I can’t recommend him enough. He was there for me every time I had a question about anything, even if it was for a small clarification or if it was regarding something more serious. I would highly recommend Rishabh to anyone.
I found Rishabh on Poets&Quants, rated as one of the top consultants in the world. I sent an email and heard back from his team in a few days. My first call with him was comfortable; he quickly evaluated my profile and proposed a strategy to get applications done. I was a bit concerned because I was traveling a lot at the time, and frequently in a foreign country, but Rishabh and his team worked to overcome that obstacle so communication was never a problem.
Rishabh kept everything organized and on track. He was always up for a brainstorming session about my essays, resume, or recommendations, and we made a plan of action together. He understood my background as an oil and gas engineer and advised me on the next steps to take after I had decided on my ultimate goal of an MBA. Rishabh helped me with the networking aspects of MBA admissions, so I didn’t waste any time.
Needless to say, Rishabh was great in every aspect of my application. Now let me tell you some of the best things about him: – He was always available – scheduling a call or meeting never was a problem. – He was always calm, which helped me when I was stressed out. This was incredibly helpful in the high-pressure application environment, as the deadlines loomed largely. – He was very resourceful and well organized. Every time I spoke with him, I learned something, whether it was a resume issue I was stuck with, or whether I was confused in expressing my goals in a certain way. – He was friendly and warm. I felt really at home with him and comfortable, and bonding with your consultant is important.
To summarize my review, I give him my full endorsement for students looking to the M7, especially for those who are going for the best schools.
This was my second year applying, after a number of rejects from almost all the schools I applied to last year. This year, I wanted to do things differently, and importantly in a better way and I approached Rishabh.
He helped me secure multiple interviews and finally a top admit through his constant advice and guidance. I liked most his approachability, his availability, and his expert-driven advice into what schools look for.
I started my apps late but Rishabh was right on the point. He Helped me get into my top choice with zero stress. He is an expert at understanding schools and what they look for and helping applicants create masterful authentic apps.
$95K in a scholarship speaks for itself, and I have several scholarships remaining. Rishabh was positive and structured right from the beginning. He helped me turn around a dream that was probably not heading to coming true to one that came true with a huge scholarship. His understanding of the MBA admissions process is immaculate, and it speaks in the results he gets every year. My personal experience with him was fantastic on his availability, friendly approach, and willingness to always accommodate client needs. He is a star consultant that I cannot recommend enough.
Rishabh helped me a lot throughout the application process. Guiding me at each and every step led to me getting an admit from Michigan Ross.
The best decision I took in my MBA journey was seeking the help and guidance of Rishabh and the team at Gyanone. I’m happy to note that I’ve got admits to two of my top choice programs, and I couldn’t have done it without his help and support. Rishabh is such a professional consultant who was clearly is as invested in the journey as I was. He has got deep insight into various programs, and helped tailor my story perfectly for the program that I was applying to. He was always on time for any consultations and was available all the time for any queries I had. I would highly recommend him for all future MBA aspirants and is the perfect mentor and support in the journey. Thanks a lot, Rishabh!
I worked with Rishabh on two applications that I had signed up for with barely a week to go. He was professional, systematic, and calm, and delivered the results professionally. A day before my interview I was a bundle of nerves, but he walked the extra mile, spoke me through the essential steps, and made sure I was ready. I am in, and I would highly recommend Rishabh for his professionalism, his availability, and above all his concern for his clients to make extra efforts and get them in.
I highly recommend Gyanone for anyone who wants help with their MBA applications. I worked with Rishabh and was able to get admits with scholarships from 3 out of the 5 schools that I applied to.
He is a thorough professional who makes sure that his clients understand not only the entire application process but also how to make these applications stand out. I really appreciate the fresh perspective that he provided to my application stories. For example- there were certain stories that I felt were irrelevant to the essay, but he helped me look at them in a different light and I was eventually able to write compelling essays. He was also always available and approachable throughout the process.
His expertise, insights, and feedback proved extremely helpful during the college interview preparation. He made sure that he covered all the different kinds of questions that I could expect during the interviews.
I cannot recommend Rishabh Sir enough to aspiring candidates and dreamers. Out of the multiple ways throughout this super fruitful association with Gyanone and Rishabh Sir, I would like to definitely highlight this – Sir doesn’t just enable you to reach the college that you think you want or can convert — but he invests his time and puts in the effort to really get to know you, your professional ambitions, your life-story. In my case, Kellogg was a dream college but due to my peculiar profile, and my personal challenges, I didn’t fully believe it. But guess what – I have made it to Kellogg and so has my wife!
Not only is Rishabh always available, but he is also extremely supportive and understanding of your anxieties and challenges during the application process. He would actively help me understand the ROI of going to certain universities and the other nitty-gritties that only a veteran in the space could know of. He helped me get in touch with alumni of various universities so I could get my specific concerns addressed and always encouraged a two-way conversation every time we would discuss any college, any essay, or the approaches while contacting adcom and others. I especially appreciate him being mindful of application deadlines and making himself available for any last-minute questions or help that I needed. He has truly become a mentor and it was so easy to trust in his capabilities and intention for getting me to a college that’s the best for me and my career and not simply a college I thought I could or couldn’t get through.
Rishabh is professional in his approach – he is systematic, calm, and forthcoming, and he makes sure that the applications are done well in advance before the deadline. I was very impressed to see that Rishabh remembered even the smallest part of my candidature from the meetings we had at the start of our application journey. This helped in connecting the dots in my profile and crafting a stronger application. I also took Rishabh’s help in preparing for my interview, the mocks tested various parts of my profile through multiple curveball (and relevant) questions, helping me boost my confidence. I would highly recommend Rishabh for people applying to any MBA program.
Got into my top choice MBA program with Rishabh’s help. He helped me with interviews and applications. His unique understanding of the schools helped me tailor my story (I am an entrepreneur) for success, and the questions he asked me in the mock interviews were almost the same as the ones I got in my actual interview. I highly recommend him.
Rishabh was a tremendous help during my MBA applications. He helped me structure my thoughts during my app and prompted me to think out of the box. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to MBA school admissions and provides great insight into the process. Rishabh’s approach is simple yet impactful, which makes the journey all the better for an applicant.
Got into the CMU MSPM. I am thankful to Rishabh for all the help. He helped me craft a compelling narrative for my application and a killer resume. I highly recommend him for any Indian applicant looking to apply to foreign B-Schools for MBA and MS programs.
I got into INSEAD with Rishabh’s help. He had helped me get into Kellogg earlier in the year. This is what I love about his process; he has proven expertise, and an excellent set of steps to get you there. I would highly recommend him as the best consultant for people applying to the world’s best MBA programs.
Got into INSEAD. Rishabh was great and a big source of advice and support through the process. Highly recommended!
Rishabh is a great consultant to work with during the stressful time of applying to B-School. He was very calm and understanding throughout the process and enabled me to put my best foot forward. I really liked the systematic approach followed at Gyanone with defined timelines and milestones. Thanks to Rishabh and the Gyanone team I got admitted into the school of my choice. Kudos to Gyanone. Keep up the great work!
Got into my top choice MBA program with Rishabh. He helped me in all aspects of application preparation and then the interviews. The process was very systematic and thorough, and he was very calm, patient, and professional throughout. I highly recommend Rishabh as a top consultant.
I got into my dream school with Rishabh’s help. He stands out by way of his patience, warmth, and knowledge, and is an excellent consultant to go with. I had unconventional reasons for wanting to go for an MBA. I did not want to change my industry or function, while most people do. Over multiple long discussions, Rishabh helped me arrive at the right way to position myself for success. I highly recommend him and GyanOne.
I made it to my first choice. Deep credit to Rishabh, who has been by my side throughout. Last year’s application period (2020-21) was extremely competitive, and I saw many of my friends working with other consultants or on their own not making it. Rishabh was there as a source of support in every area, providing help and motivation.
This is not the first year I was working with Rishabh. I had an admit last year as well, but I wanted to try this year for my dream school. The ways in which Rishabh stood out for me were that he is an expert in what the schools really want, and in how applications can be created authentically to fit those requirements. I come from the competitive technology pool, and did not have big brand names on my resume. Rishabh helped me surmount all that through a process that was structured and targeted.
When you are applying to MBA programs, you need someone who is positive and cheers you on. With COVID going on last year, and schools announcing huge application spikes and seat reservations because of deferrals, I was not always positive about my chances. Rishabh cheered me on and supported me in these times.
Even after I have received my admit, Rishabh continues to be there, supporting me and advising me on the journey ahead. He is not just a consultant but a friend for life.
I made it to Duke and 2 other schools with Rishabh’s help, without a test score (through 2020 exemptions). He worked with me for months and was very patient and supportive in offering advice and support. Excellent knowledge of what schools to look for. Highly recommended!
Will push you to go for your dreams, and get you there. Top 20 admit with $80k+ scholarship!
Long story short, I decided to apply to the MBA in Round 3. As an international student, I had the odds stacked against me in Round 3. I also did not have a GMAT test score (couldn’t take the test). I wanted to apply to all top 20 schools, including names such as Darden and Kenan-Flagler.
I spoke to more than 4 consultants; all of them without fail told me that I should not even consider, and I should take GMAT and apply next year provided I get a good score. They also asked me to lower my targets, saying that my school selection was too ambitious. When I spoke to Rishabh, he not only endorsed my candidature for all these schools but also actively encouraged me to apply. He was confident that I could get into these programs.
2 months later, I have a top 20 admit with $80k+ in scholarships, and am interviewing with Darden and other schools. I have saved over one year in time , and got an R3 admit that other consultants said would be ‘impossible’.
If you have the odds stacked against you, you need Rishabh on your side. He is very professional, calm, and supportive. MBA admissions can be stressful, but they are NOT when you work with Rishabh. He has my full endorsement for best-in-class admissions consulting and interview preparation for top programs.
I made it to Fuqua with Rishabh’s help, though I had a below-average GMAT score. I spoke to a bunch of consultants before working with Rishabh, and most of them weren’t willing to ‘take the risk’ of applying to a school like Fuqua with me. Rishabh helped me prepare stellar apps that leveraged the rest of my profile wonderfully well and then prepared me diligently for interviews.
Rishabh believes in you and your profile, and he is not simply using high GMAT scores to help you score an admit. At the time I was applying, there were a bunch of questions on my mind. Every other consultant I spoke to said that I ‘needed at least a 720’ to even look at Fuqua. Rishabh believed in me, he took me through a very structured process, and he did it with a smile on his face.
He is a top consultant who is highly recommended for people who really want to make their apps stand out and get into the world’s best MBA programs, even without stellar GMATs!
Rishabh is possibly the best consultant you can work with on your MBA apps because he truly takes the stress completely off your plate. I had a lot of questions when I began, like understanding what the schools were looking for, making my unconventional (financial audit) experience shine through, and expressing my biggest passions (I am a big pet lover) in the right way. Rishabh answered them perfectly and helped me put in applications despite just a few weeks remaining to the deadline. He was always available for calls, answering questions on emails, or just soothing nerves.
He is certainly excellent by all means and he has my full recommendation!
Rishabh helped me make it to the Oxford MBA despite a GMAT score that was below the median for applicants for my category. He was very methodical and positive during the entire process. He has my full endorsement as a great consultant. You should definitely hire, Rishabh!
I spoke to a number of consultants before applying, and Rishabh clearly stood out from all others just in terms of that first conversation. To anyone reading this, you should speak to him to know what I am talking about. He is crystal clear about the candidature, path ahead, and next steps to take for every candidate. In that first conversation, I knew that I would go with him and his firm. I don’t want to put in a detailed story on my journey here, because everyone’s journey is different. What is the same, though, is usually the experience with Rishabh. I have several people in my network who personally vouch for him. When I was working with him, what I found most helpful was his project management and his advisory skill. You are never under any tension when working with him because you know what will get done when. Also, he will explain things in a way that will make a lot of sense, but he will always leave room for your opinions also. That way, a good two-way process happens between the consultant and the applicant. Anyway, to cut a long story short, you can go for him with your eyes closed. He is great.
Got into the Cornell MBA with a handsome scholarship. Thanks, Rishabh and team! Truly grateful to you for all your guidance during the entire process.
I came to GyanOne with a basic idea of what my future aspirations were and their profound knowledge about business schools helped me align the right school with my goals, by understanding my motivations and experiences. Right from the very beginning, GyanOne’s organized and focused methodology, along with personalized attention not only enabled me to optimally prepare for the admission process but also helped me remain confident throughout this sometimes-turbulent process.
With a GMAT score of 700 and just a few days left before the R2 deadline, they helped me develop experience-based answers, which vividly highlighted my learnings from each experience. Through brainstorming, attentive listening, patience, and hard work, the team helped me find what made me unique and competitive in a large pool of applicants. In addition, the limitless edits made the essays and the resume engaging enough to stand out during the application process and made sure that every element of the application is perfect. By the end of the process, I already was confident of my candidature for the program.
Once interview calls came rolling in, their multi-pronged and grueling mock interview sessions prepared me for every possible interview scenario and taught me how to intelligently tackle every question, be it behavioral, general, or a case study question. GyanOne prepared me for the worst that one could expect in an interview, that the actual interview seemed like a cakewalk to me. I truly believe it gave me a strong competitive advantage and helped me present a polished image of myself in front of the admissions panel, ultimately getting me an admit from two of the top European Business Schools with scholarship.
Professional and personalized understanding were some of the immediately visible traits that I notice about the services offered by Gyanone. Moreover, I am extremely thankful for their guidance, they not only guided me through the intricacies of the process but also instilled in me the confidence that nothing is impossible if one is whole-heartedly determined to work for it.
Deciding to apply to a B-school, I knew that I wanted to work with a great consultant who would get me the results, but needed someone who would be patient with my queries, help me to bounce off ideas and check assumptions, and enable me to build a solid story for MBA admissions. After I did my research (including reading several P&Q reviews), I chose to go with Rishabh Gupta at GyanOne. Initially, I was a bit scared, because I was only applying to one MBA program. I had received several good word-of-mouth reviews for Rishabh, so I was fairly confident that he could help. Rishabh ran the entire process perfectly. The things I found the best were that he defined timelines and milestones, and ensured that we met them. Though I had many queries, he was always patient and relaxed in helping me think through them. The application creation itself was so smooth that when it came to interviews, I was half ready anyway. Rishabh then helped me test my assumptions, and understand what the school was looking for. For me, the litmus test for a consultant is always word of mouth reviews and what clients say. I am happy to be another satisfied and happy client for Rishabh.
Rishabh helped pave the path to my dream B-school. The journey has been long, and it began when I didn’t yet have a GMAT score. Rishabh helped through multiple sessions of guidance, inputs on my application, and discussions on my GMAT score. What stood out for me were two things, i.e. his industry expertise (I come from an IT products background) and this B-school admissions knowledge. He used both perfectly to help me prepare a strong app, and to prepare for the interview very well.
I will make this review a bit unconventional. Rather than talking about how Rishabh helped me as several other people have done here, I will highlight the areas in which he stands out:
– His knowledge of top business schools is impeccable. He knows exactly what they are looking for, and how you can fit the bill. Right from the first session with him, I felt very comfortable.
– He will manage projects and deadlines very well. This was a point of some concern for me, because I had only two weeks to work with him on my app, but he came through well ahead of time.
– Always available and very responsive to requests.
– Excellent on preparing for interviews as well. Gives you that edge to present yourself better.
Overall, I got over a 1000% return on my work with him through a scholarship and of course, an admit. Fantastic decision for me to work with him.
I decided to apply to my dream MBA program this year, but the only problem was that I had just a week to go before the deadline. I liked GyanOne’s approach in patiently hearing me out, and understanding my requirements. Despite the little time available, Rishabh took up my app and did a stupendous job on it that got me an admit. He also helped me prepare for the interview and knew the right points for me to focus on. His consulting helped me overcome my perceived weaknesses, and magnify my strengths manifold, and the result has been beyond my expectations. Rishabh is a very professional and knowledgeable consultant who has my full endorsement.
With around 8 years of experience in manufacturing, I decided to apply to Booth last year. After reading several great reviews here on Poets & Quants, I decided to get in touch with him. We spoke around September 2020, and I had a few specific requirements in mind. I was getting married around the December 2020 timeframe, and could not dedicate myself fully to the application. Rishabh had a candid chat with me in explaining the pros and cons of my profile, and kindly agreed to work with me to get my applications done in a timely manner and by November itself. This was my second year applying to MBA programs, after an attempt the previous year (2019) on my own.
The best thing I discovered about Rishabh is that he takes a completely fresh approach to your candidature. I had already prepared some stories and thoughts on how I wanted to go. Rishabh instead suggested that we begin afresh, and take an overall view of my profile first. He helped me identify specific aspects that I had not looked into earlier, and come up with much stronger stories.
Rishabh has a very methodical and process driven approach to applications, ensuring that nothing is left out. We worked through multiple iterations of my resume. I was impressed to see how he brought out new aspects of my profile and was still able to help me fit everything within one page. We created a comprehensive recommendation strategy which ultimately resulted in solid recommendations too. The point is – I had done all this the previous year on my own – but what Rishabh brought in took it to another level.
When I submitted my app in November I was already quite positive. Working with Rishabh had brought me professionalism and peace of mind because I knew my application was done on time and with the highest quality. I later worked with Rishabh on my interview preparation as well, and he brought out great points to position myself better. This was still me, but in a much more authentic and powerful way.
Having received the Booth admit, I am happy to write this review for Rishabh. Anyone else in my position reading reviews for Rishabh on P&Q now, I can tell you this. Go for him without hesitation. You will be in the best hands.
Made it into my top choice for an MBA program through Rishabh’s help. Would highly recommend Rishabh and GyanOne as top choices for people looking to get into top MBA programs. Kudos!
Rishabh is a gem of a consultant. He is empathetic, understanding, and available to answer all doubts and queries. Helped me get an app done in 3 days! I’ve got an admit to a top MBA program with his help and unhesitatingly recommend him.
3 weeks before the HEC deadline, I decided to apply. Two weeks before the HEC deadline, I was sitting with Mr. Rishabh, and we began working on my applications. Oh, and did I mention, I also had to retake the GMAT in these two weeks??
From application planning to strategy and executing the entire application, Mr. Rishabh was flawless. I remember having doubts and wondering if we could submit on time when we began, but he helped me tackle every anxiety and question very well.
Do try and book his slots early in the application cycle though. They get filled quickly. Approach him a few months before the deadlines.
I came to GyanOne through two of my friends, who made it to a top 20 US MBA in 2019. When I first spoke to Swati I knew this is going to be a start to a successful MBA journey.
I had a 690 on my GMAT, which was my major concern, being an Indian applicant to a top US B school. I made it to my target program with a scholarship. And all thanks to the application review and interview preparation provided by Rishabh.
I was thorough with my goals, expectations, and stray lining for my target programs, right from the beginning. The school selection call is really an eye-opener and helps you get on with detailed insights and facts about US school admissions and your target industry. By the end of the process, I already was confident of my candidature to the program. Getting a scholarship with a 690 score, is certainly a testament to the strength Rishabh gave my application.
Rishabh is one of those experts who will not hesitate to push you to do your best and be the best, and this shows in his work and his commitment. I made it to the Kellogg full-time MBA with his help, and I unhesitatingly recommend him as the best in admissions consulting. He has got me invites and results from four top schools – Tuck, Ross, Fuqua, and Kellogg, and I know that he does this regularly for all his clients.
I had worked with Rishabh last year, and though I had a somewhat average score then, Rishabh still helped me get interview calls for both Tuck and Ross. I could not make it due to a host of reasons last year, but I was clear what was working for me even then – Rishabh and his team.
This year, I came back to Rishabh, and we worked together on the Kellogg application and the Duke Fuqua application (invited to interview; results awaited as of writing this, but I am going to Kellogg anyway). As usual, Rishabh was full of the right ideas from my candidature, and how I could best position them. A consultant’s true worth is in understanding the school and in understanding how you it within it, and Rishabh excels at both. Kellogg, in fact (at least I thought) has a quite complex application, with essays that ask about leadership and values. These things were hard to think about for me, as I am more used to thinking in the grades and results framework. Rishabh made these essays super easy for me. At the end, I was struggling for what NOT to include, given the many approaches I now knew for success at these essays.
I come from an oil and gas background, so I was concerned about the lack of business experience I brought compared to other applicants. Rishabh helped me position this part very well – across multiple schools, successfully. For Kellogg, he prepared a very structured approach to go through the essays, recommendations, and video essays.
I received my Kellogg MBA interview invite in September itself (was actually surprised at how quickly Kellogg got back), and prepared with Rishabh for my interviews to Kellogg too. Rishabh has a very differentiated approach on these. He reasons mocks are not simply about answering questions, but answering them in the right way.
I got my admit in December, and am heading to Evanston next Fall.
If you are reading this now, you should know this. I have spoken to many of the top consultants in India, and many of those outside. I know that Rishabh is the best in the business, and he gave me results that many top international consultants would have struggled at. You know from the first conversation itself that Rishabh is all about substance. Try it yourself. I will see you on these pages in a few months 🙂
There are very few consultants around the world who have insight into how to get you into a top school, despite the constraints you face. After speaking to several international consultants, I decided to work with Rishabh at GyanOne, and I can now say that my decision was fantastic. Earlier this year, I decided to apply to B-school with over 12 years of experience. I knew even then that I was way above the applicant pool for most full-time MBA programs. The first time I spoke to Rishabh, I loved his direct approach and his honesty on what I could achieve and what I could not. He suggested IMD Switzerland as one of my possible options, and I was skeptical. 3 deadlines for IMD were gone already, in a year in which applications had exploded (because of COVID-19), and I was well above the median age for the program. We worked together and put up a solid application. I really liked Rishabh’s knowledge of the program and what they look for. IMD has one major essay, so that has to be absolutely perfect to have a good shot at admission, but working with Rishabh and seeing his approach, I could easily identify the right story and put up a strong application. A few days later, I was called for the IMD Assessment Day, which was online, again due to COVID. I worked with Rishabh on preparing for this, and again, I saw how structured and methodical he was. GyanOne and Rishabh have put several people into IMD Switzerland over the years and that reflected in how much he knew about every stage of the process and how to approach it. In the last round of admissions, I got my admit, and I am very excited. If you are looking for results, you have got to be looking for Rishabh. Extremely cost-effective and results-oriented, and he gets you there!
Rishabh is a magician. Work with him and you will know the difference. It has been a tremendous journey for me over the last two years. In 2018, I had applied to 5 schools on my own, with exactly zero admits, and one waitlist without interview (that converted to a denial later). This year, on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to speak to Rishabh. In the beginning, Rishabh didn’t want me to select any schools, and took me first through a detailed process of profile evaluation and understanding myself and my candidature. Impressed with the insights I got, I began working with him on school applications too. He has a very rigorous and structured approach through which he first chooses the right school in discussion with applicants, and then works through them. Well, with a sub-700 GMAT score, I have 5/5 interview calls, and 3 admits already from top schools. This includes multiple schools with average GMATs well above my own. I know this is only possible because of Rishabh’s diligence and his expertise. He has my high recommendation for any B-school applicants who want to look at top options, and who want to multiply their chances of getting into their dream choices manifold.
Outstanding consulting! To get to a top 25 MBA program, ESADE MBA, with less than 700 on the GMAT is not an easy task, but Rishabh made it easy. I come from a family business background and had made a recent switch that made some parts of my profile and some career decisions a bit questionable. For anyone with a less than perfect profile who is looking to make their dreams come true, you don’t need to look beyond Rishabh and GyanOne. Very timely, professional, and of course result oriented.
If you are applying to a top MBA program, you need Rishabh on your side. While I am sure there are a plethora of consultants out there who can get you into your dream program when you already have that 750 or 760 on your profile, Rishabh can help you there when you are below 700 too! Not many people can really claim that. What he brings to the table is a great understanding of what top schools look for, and how people from different backgrounds can get there. I belong to one of the most common application pools out there (Indian IT Male) and I still made it. If you are looking for the guy who gets the job done, Rishabh is who you should be working with.
Probably the best consultant to help you get into top MBA programs worldwide. I worked with Rishabh for 3 schools, and despite a somewhat average GRE score (320; would be considered a bit low at most top schools), I have 3 interview calls and one admit already. This was despite the fact that I began the process a mere 2 weeks (just 14 days!) before the deadlines for two of the programs. I come from a manufacturing background, and some parts of my profile are very engineering-centric. Rishabh is an expert in helping you to find and hit the right spots in your MBA applications. He is very patient and accommodating. Despite the 2 week timeline, I never felt the pressure once, and yet created applications that were highly personalized and extremely solid. I know that many consultants can help you get an admit when you have stupendous GRE scores of 330+, but what makes me recommend Rishabh highly is that he got me the same results with a GRE score that was a good 10 points lower. I highly, highly recommend him.
Rishabh is your man to get you into a top MBA program. My huge concern when I came into the process was that I had over 11 years of experience already, and all of it was in semiconductors. I am an engineer by education and function, and I’ve never been in a business role. Rishabh held multiple brainstorming sessions with me to understand my personality and my dreams. The final application that we created was really something because it was very personal and at the same time very career-focused. I now have not just an admit but also a significant scholarship. To anyone reading this, I recommend Rishabh as a professional, hard-working, knowledgeable consultant who is full of integrity and a pleasure to work and interact with.
I undertook Rishabh’s services after an office colleague recommended me GyanOne for my B-school application journey. I thoroughly enjoyed his services and would highly recommend him without any hesitations.
Rishabh was extremely honest and he not only pointed out my shortcomings but also helped me rectify them. His approach is methodological and helped me tailor my application highlighting my strengths. I particularly enjoyed his mock interview sessions where I learnt a great deal about the school, country, Asian market, upcoming trends, etc. He supported me post my interviews and probably was more excited about my admit than myself!
Rishabh’s understanding of B-school admissions is par excellence. He knows the various nuances of the process across different schools. His core strength is that he brings out the best version of you in the application. The process is very methodical starting from assessment of career goals and why is there a need to do a management all the way to each step of the application process. He asked me a lot of questions that allowed me to introspect of what I really want to do and also in making the application the best representation of me. His attention to the smallest of details and showing how those details make an overall impact is remarkable. He gives direct feedback which is important to have the real picture emerge. He was available for multiple iterations on the application till both of us were satisfied. He answered all my many questions with patience. To start one must go for the profile Evaluation service that includes career Path analysis, b-school selection and strength &a weakness analysis. I fully recommend Gyanone and Rishabh to all aspiring candidates.
Rishabh does a tremendous job in helping you understand the pros and cons of all the colleges and the best options to suit your career goals. He helped at every step of the application process and he made the process much simpler despite having to juggle the application along with my job. I got admits to ISB, INSEAD and HEC Paris and Rishabh was the biggest support during this process. Strongly recommend reaching out to GyanOne and Rishabh if you are considering starting your own MBA journey.
Rishabh is really good at understanding the profile of the applicant and helping select the perfect Bschool according to the goals of the applicant. They’re extremely honest in their approach, which is great and shows up in your applications that get submitted to the B-schools. Their work is top-notch and they are very approachable and responsive during the whole process of applications &a interviews for the top global B-schools. The whole process is also well planned and does not leave anything to the last minute. All of my interaction was on the phone/skype and properly planned/scheduled.
Made it to NUS despite applying at the very fag end of the last deadline, and having a very technical profile. Rishabh knew exactly how to help me tailor my profile for maximum impact. He helped me tailor my resume to make it super impressive. He then helped me hit on the best points for the essays (NUS has 5, so this took some doing), and bring out excellent points from my profile. This meant that my application was solid, and that I had a great interview too. I can unhesitatingly recommend him for top schools and for applicants from technology background. He will bring out the best in you!
Possibly the best consultant you can hire for MBA applications to the world’s best schools. I began my application just two weeks before the deadline. Rishabh was the perfect mentor. He was calm and composed through the process, knew how to make the 2-week timeline work, and knew exactly the parts of my profile to pick. He had an excellent understanding of my industry, and his advice was always accurate and effective. I had a fantastic experience with Rishabh, and would highly recommend him as an expert for Kellogg.
I reached out to Mr. Rishabh, GyanOne during my ISB application 2019. I strongly believe that the guidance and especially honest feedback received from Rishabh was not only valuable but it has given me all confidence to get admit for ISB PGPMax. I would like to highlight that GyanOne methodology of step by step approach, showcase profile in the most effective way by careful analysis of all aspects of my education and work experience enabled me for robust application despite time constrain as well as my long work ex in the functional domain. I strongly recommend aspirants to reach out to Mr. Rishabh and his team, probably the top choice in India for admissions consulting
I reached out to GyanOne in early 2018 to begin the journey of navigating B-school applications. I believe Rishabh was the perfect anchor who helped me throughout the months leading to both applying and receiving B-school admits. He adopts a step-by-step approach to knowing each of his candidates and ensures their profile is showcased in the most holistic way, beyond merely glorifying academic achievements, to any B-school admissions committee, He did a careful analysis of my education and work experience, provided possible B-school options that might help me achieve my future goals and helped me build a truly genuine, yet unique application. Having worked with him twice, I have come to understand he does not have a one-size-fits-all approach, which helps B-school admissions committees accept diverse candidates into their programs.
As I applied with my sister, he took extra measures to ensure we both told our stories independent of each other and his efforts were successful as we got accepted into the MBA programs at both Concordia and McMaster University.
Rishabh is truly a gem in the vast pool of MBA consultants and it would be a no-brainer to make him anyone’s first choice of an education consultant.
I had a good GMAT score but was struggling with my MBA applications. That’s when I decided to approach Rishabh sir for my MBA applications and it was probably the best decision of my life as I got admitted to two of the best programs in Canada. Rishabh sir has the ability to highlight the key strengths present in any individual according to qualities valued by the school and this makes a big difference in the overall application process. I was amazed by his work ethic and professionalism. I owe my success to him and his wonderful team.
I wanted to share my excellent experience with Rishabh in helping me get to my target B-School! I worked with Rishabh who was just outstanding and put in a lot of effort, time, and care in my application. I interviewed a few other MBA consulting services both in India and the US and found GyanOne (and Rishabh) to be the best, both in terms of his knowledge and his ability to understand and relate to my particular background and experience. We worked together for a month and he was responsive and provided me with great advice, insight, and career counseling. We strategized for each of the essays, worked on the reference package, and my cv/resume. Then, Rishabh helped me prepare for the interview stage as well and pushed me to clarify my post-MBA goals, which really helped. I would highly recommend Rishabh and the GyanOne team to anyone looking at pursuing an MBA at a top B-School.
Having done preliminary research about colleges I was interested to apply for, Rishabh did a tremendous job in helping me understand the pros and cons of all the colleges and the best options to suit my career goals. He helped at every step of the application process and he made the process much simpler despite having to juggle the application along with my job. I got admits to Cambridge, Oxford and ISB and Rishabh was a fundamental reason behind my success.
Strongly recommend reaching out to GyanOne and Rishabh if you are considering starting your own MBA journey.
My journey to get admission into ISB for PGP pro course come true with great help from Rishabh and GyanOne team. He is truly professional and helps me articulate the right story for my entire ISB application. He was very patient and listened carefully to review all the aspects of my candidature for ISB. He helped and encouraged me to work on presenting my profile in a realistic and personalized way rather than making it more ideal. He followed through the timeline for submitting an application for round 1 diligently without rushing it. He knows very well that how IT professionals are often not preferred for the MBA course and ensured that I make my application crisp and clear about my expectations out of course. I would recommend him for everyone who is willing to apply for their dream B-School. He is truly genius, experienced and knows the entire admission process very well.
Rishabh and his team at GyanOne helped me immensely in achieving my goal of an international MBA. They were very prompt in their response which was very critical as I was pretty close to the deadlines when I approached them. Rishabh followed a very structured process of shortlisting the B-Schools based on my academic and professional background. His inputs helped me pen down essays that were crisp and compelling. Finally, he also helped me prepare for my final interviews. Finally, I received an admit from IE Business School, Madrid (with a Talent Scholarship) and ESADE Barcelona. I decided to pursue my MBA at IE and it was an exhilarating experience indeed. Thank you Rishabh and Gyanone.
Made it to the Darden MBA, and Rishabh was a tremendous help. He had a very rigorous and analytical way of approaching my candidature and was able to bring out the best stories in me. He was patient, helpful, and driven every step of the way, right down to the morning of my deadline. His understanding of the program and what it valued was immense and exact, and he encouraged me to bring out my genuine self in each of the stories I ultimately decided to go with. The Indian/engineer/male is a tough category to apply from, but Rishabh understands this segments very well and this is why I would highly recommend him to anyone out there looking for a great, professional, and thorough consultant
Rishabh helped me get into my dream school INSEAD with a ~30% scholarship, despite having limited experience of working internationally.
The highly personalized approach and focus on profile fit instead of ranking really impressed me. Rishabh was realistic from the start and working with him through the process helped me understand the strengths and weaknesses of my profile better.
His support throughout the process was exemplary and he really helped my application shine. He is able to zero-in on the exact areas that need focus and I could feel that this was the best application In could have submitted.
In addition to top-notch work, Rishabh is extremely approachable and I got a great level of support even after the end of the process. I cannot recommend him enough.
He is THE consultant I would recommend for people looking to get into top schools. I worked with him for 2 schools – and got into both of them – 100% success rate.
I had worked with Rishabh for my application for my master’s application. He is very professional and helpful. He takes your stories and frames them in the best way possible without using overly complex language. His answers have a proper structure that is easy to follow.
I worked with Rishabh on my MBA applications for top 20 MBA programs, and you can definitely count on him to get your foot through the forbidden MBA door.
Rishabh is a wonderful coach – he helped me get into LBS, Cambridge, and Oxford. He has been a key part of my MBA application journey, with his expert experience and unparalleled knowledge of the application process for a wide range of business schools he has been a valuable asset. Rishabh has been patient throughout my process and did not differ from giving critical feedback. His structured brainstorming sessions were valuable in bringing out the best in my application. I researched quite a lot of consultants before ending up working with GyanOne. I would highly recommend GyanOne to students irrespective of their backgrounds or career aspirations.
I had worked with Rishabh for my MiM application. I approached him just a few weeks before the deadline. I found him very understanding and cooperative. It all started with building a compelling resume. I found the service so assuring that I also opted for the interview prep service (the mock interview). He helped through every step of my application process. I would recommend availing his services to every masters and MBA aspirant.
I worked with the Gyanone team for my MBA/Masters application and have no doubts in recommending their services to anyone looking for MBA admission services. Rishabh’s personalized approach, one-on-one coaching technique, and most importantly positive attitude made my application journey memorable. I thank Rishabh and the entire Gyanone team for my admission to London Business School and would recommend them to any prospective masters and MBA aspirant.
As an ISBCo20 graduate, I can confidently say that reaching out to GyanOne was perhaps the best thing that I did to boost up my chances of getting through to ISB. Right from the very beginning, Gyanone has been extremely proactive and collaborative: we worked as a unit to attain my dream. STEP:1 – Profile evaluation We started out with the initial evaluation of my profile with my GMAT score. We identified the strengths and weakness of my overall profile and realized that if we tried our best (which means hard work and yes many sleepless nights for me… 🙂 it may not be so much of an uphill task – I could actually make it. The risks were high and for me, at a personal level, the stakes were high too. STEP:2 – Essay We started working on my essays with Rishabh – This could be the deal-breaker because getting the call in the first place was of utmost importance. Rishabh worked tirelessly to help me in this phase. We had multiple rounds to review and re-review my essays. Rishabh did a wonderful job of portraying my authentic self through these essays (this includes my scholarship essays as well). He cleared my doubts and guided me in every way possible to make sure that my preparation and research were foolproof. STEP:3 – Application & recommendation With the application deadline drawing near, we had in-depth discussions on what points to include in which specific application fields – achievements, experience, awards, etc. I would mention that on the profile side I did have a strong case. I would briefly list it below. He also guided me on what proofs to provide for my scholarship application and who would be the right choice for a recommender among the list of recommenders I had. STEP: 4 – Call and Interview Prep My interview prep was with Swati. We had one long session of my doubts and how to frame my answers and one Mock Interview.
My last suggestion is that if the Candidate is sincere and hardworking, then Gyanone will give an extraordinary effort to make you get the Admit.
I have worked with Rishabh for multiple applications. He is focussed, thorough and extremely professional. He helped me craft my story which brought to focus softer aspects of my application. We got in touch just 3 weeks before the deadline. But his constant guidance and motivation made sure that we were able to meet the deadline comfortably. I highly recommend his consultation!
This testimonial is long due and well- deserved. I reached out to GyanOne in July 2016 for their AppOne process. I was planning on applying to a few of the top MBA programs in India. Though I was extremely late in starting my applications, GyanOne still agreed to help me out even with only two weeks left in the application cycle. However, I could not go through with my graduate studies in 2016 and postponed my application to the following year. In October 2017 I once again reached out to them for help with my applications and thus began my journey with GyanOne. I was paired with Rishabh sir in the process.
One of the things that instantly struck me about their functioning was the individual attention he team gives you. Even though I reached out a year later, he remembered the exact details of my candidature. I used his help to apply to the Fall 2018 MBA programs at the DeGroote School of Business and the John Molson School of Business.
Having Rishabh Sir as my counselor was an absolute blessing. In our brainstorming calls, I was blown away by the knowledge he had about the Canadian MBA programs and the insights he had about the schools I was applying to. The thorough research he does about your programs helps you craft a well- connected story in terms of how your strengths and profile matches what the program has to offer. He really helps highlight those individual qualities of yours that the school would expect from you as a graduate student.
After submitting my applications and once the interview calls came rolling in. The interview preps that Rishabh Sir puts you through are so detailed and rigorous that the actual interview will be a breeze compared to the practice sessions- which proved to be true in my case! He coaches you on what the adcomms are looking for from your application, how to present yourself, how to structure your responses, and provides tips and sources to read up on to prepare for the final interview.
I ended the entire application season by being admitted to 2 more programs in addition to the DeGroote and JMSB MBA’s. And I could not be happier of my journey with GyanOne and my experience with Rishabh Sir. Thank you once again!
I spoke to many consultants before deciding who would best be able to help me achieve my long dreamt goal of an MBA. I was going to decide the consultant on the basis of expertise and experience, commitment to the work, speed, ROI, and intellectual connection. After going through at least 10 consultants I decided to with Gyanone especially because of RG. I went through his reviews and spoke to him over a call and was convinced that he more than met all my requirements. Working with him over the first few applications I realized I made the right choice. He was always patient answering my numerous questions. He helped me narrow down my goals and schools when I was going back and forth on it. He picked the right mix of schools from Ambitious to Easy based on the region, my goals, ROI and also my preference. I got interview calls from 80% of my schools applied and converted 3 out of 7. He helped me throughout the process from school picking, application to interviews. He is very structured and timely with the entire process and his communication. It was truly an enriching experience. I am currently doing an MBA in Europe at a 10 school in the world.
Being an entrepreneur with huge ambitions and an unorthodox CV, I was looking for the best possible guide for my MBA admissions. I was referred to Rishabh, and given that I got into a top 10 Global MBA school, I am beyond happy with his mentoring and guidance.
He knows exactly what each school is looking for, and is ideally placed to help you tailor your application to the specific criteria of each school. Moreover, he will give you a very honest assessment and guidance of which schools you are best suited for -as per your CV and your career goals.
I had worked with Rishabh for my LBS masters application. I had approached him around 3 weeks before the deadline. He was extremely cooperative and efficient in helping me understand the process and highlighting the most relevant sections of my profile. I had also opted for the interview prep service, the mock interview was really comprehensive and useful for me to face the actual interview. I would recommend Gyanone to every masters and MBA aspirant.
Amazing consultant.
GyanOne’s reviews across various platforms made me contact them for a free profile evaluation initially. I was looking for a consultant who could understand a lawyers’ background and craft out the best possible applications to top MBA programs in the US. What made Rishabh click with me was the network he himself had among lawyers whom he helped crack schools like Kellogg and Ross. Rishabh has been upfront, honest and my guiding light throughout my MBA admissions journey. He knows his job very well and is targeted in his discussions. He brings out the best in you during his detailed and very structured brainstorming sessions. I have no words to thank him for his contribution towards my top MBA admit!
I had spoken to quite a few admissions consultants including Reach Ivy and Paul Bodine before speaking to RG at GyanOne on a reference from one of my friends in Kellogg. The expertise and clarity of thought that he had about my profile, goals, and industry, was totally impressive and pushed me to enroll for their service at once. And I think that was the best decision possible. I made it to two of the top 15 MBA programs in the USA. Yet to make a choice between the two. Rishabh is certainly one of the best admissions consultants in India at the moment and I totally vouch for him.
I worked with Rishabh while applying to US B-schools for enrolment in 2019. My experience is as follows –
Rishabh makes great efforts to understand your profile and consequently helps bring out the aspects that make your candidature unique. I was very close to the application deadlines when I completed my GMAT, but Rishabh helped me put together a well laid out plan to meet each of my deadlines. The best part about working with Rishabh was that he was always willing to accommodate your needs and requests, be it scheduling a phone call at a late hour (as most of us are working professionals, it does get difficult to manage both work and applications), a last-minute review of my essays or helping with some last-minute tips for an application that I wasn’t working with him in the first place.
His deep insights into each of the programs allow him to map the candidate’s profile and strengths to what the school is looking for. What I learned from his inputs helped me in my other applications as well. I have been able to apply some of those learnings now while interviewing for summer internship roles at B-School as well.
In the interview prep stage, Rishabh made a careful selection of questions to prepare me through mocks and provided detailed feedback. Thanks to this, most of my interviews went quite well. In the end, I secured multiple US Top 20 admits, all with scholarships.
I owe a huge part of my success to the guidance and mentoring I received from GyanOne. Rishabh and I continue to stay in touch and exchange ideas 🙂
Awesome work! I had worked with multiple other consultants in the past, but what GyanOne offered was head and shoulders above the others. Mr. Rishabh helped me chart out the right career options and guided me on building my profile on various dimensions. This led to a great career boost, a clear-cut understanding of what I could do, and what my real potential is. I changed tracks, took the GMAT and did very well at it, and later, with his help, got into a top business school. Mr. Rishabh is a top coach, consultant, and career advisor, and I highly recommend him without hesitation.
I had a great experience while working on my profile and essays with GyanOne. Rishabh thoroughly reviewed my profile during the brainstorming to find the best possible business school fit for me. He clearly made me understand as to how can I best showcase my strengths while working on my weaknesses. After countless Skype discussions on the application aspects, the end product was an application which really helped me shine as a candidate to the business schools I applied. Rishabh also gave me several valuable tips which helped me ace the interviews. I have gotten into Tepper, Kenan Flagler, and Jones. I cannot thank GyanOne enough.
I had a delightful experience working with GyanOne, and with Rishabh (my consultant). He helped me identify the right options for early-career Master’s programs in business, and helped me secure an admit to a top-10 program with a 25% scholarship. At every step of the process, he was patient, full of inputs and energy, and had my best interests at heart. At one point, he discouraged me from considering further options, as he believed I would be able to get to my top choice (and only application) itself. That is exactly what happened.
GyanOne helped me score a T15 admit despite being a typical Indian Engineer Male, through their constant support and understanding of my story and goals helping me brainstorm to bring narrate my story as best as I could.
I worked with Gyanone as they are really good at understanding the profile of the applicant and helping select the perfect Bschool according to the goals of the applicant. They’re extremely honest in their approach, which is great and shows up in your applications that get submitted to the B-schools. Their work is top-notch and they are very approachable and responsive during the whole process of applications & interviews for the top global B-schools. The whole process is also well planned and does not leave anything to the last minute. All of my interaction was on the phone/skype and properly planned/scheduled.
I made it to HEC Paris & ISB with their support.
Made it to RSM! Exemplary consulting and support provided by GyanOne. I received great support from them through the process, and I highly recommend them. I had an unconventional background for an MBA (military veteran) but GyanOne helped me bring out my best in every way.
