I began the journey of applying to top MS in Business Analytics programs with Rishabh a bit nervously. My GRE score wasn’t the highest, and my last 2 attempts to reach out to him hadn’t borne fruit because all his consulting slots were already taken. His team kept telling me that he doesn’t take more apps once he reaches capacity, but even as I waited, I could feel the urgency every day. After all, I was a reference. Long story short, I decided to apply to the MBA in Round 3. As an international student, I had the odds stacked against me in Round 3. I also did not have a GMAT test score (couldn’t take the test). I wanted to apply to all top 20 schools, including names such as Darden and Kenan-Flagler.

I spoke to more than 4 consultants; all of them without fail told me that I should not even consider, and I should take GMAT and apply next year provided I get a good score. They also asked me to lower my targets, saying that my school selection was too ambitious. 3 weeks before the HEC deadline, I decided to apply. Two weeks before the HEC deadline, I was sitting with Mr. Rishabh, and we began working on my applications. Oh, and did I mention, I also had to retake the GMAT in these two weeks??

I come from an oil and gas background, so I was concerned about the lack of business experience I brought compared to other applicants. For Kellogg, he prepared a very structured approach to go through the essays, recommendations, and video essays.

There are very few consultants around the world who have insight into how to get you into a top school, despite the constraints you face. After speaking to several international consultants, I decided to work with Rishabh at GyanOne, and I can now say that my decision was fantastic. Earlier this year, I decided to apply to B-school with over 12 years of experience. I knew even then that I was way above the applicant pool for most full-time MBA programs. Outstanding consulting! To get to a top 25 MBA program, ESADE MBA, with less than 700 on the GMAT is not an easy task, but Rishabh made it easy. STEP:1 – Profile evaluation
We started out with the initial evaluation of my profile with my GMAT score. STEP:2 – Essay
