ARINGO’S roots were planted when our Founder, Gil Levi, was accepted at Harvard, Wharton, and INSEAD with a GMAT score of 650. Gil received a full, merit-based scholarship at Wharton upon admission. He formed ARINGO’s methodology based on the essay-writing tools that he originally developed as an MBA applicant.
ARINGO’S clients have been accepted to top B-schools such as Harvard, Wharton, Duke, INSEAD, MIT, LBS, and Kellogg with GMAT scores below 700. Since its inception, ARINGO’s heavy investment in research (over 3,000 man-hours and counting) has yielded a collection of invaluable resources for our clients.
ARINGO employs a Round Table Strategy with each consultant collecting expert opinions at the critical decision points throughout the application process. When I first spoke to different consultants, what stood out about Sriram was how patiently he listened to my background and helped me gain intrinsic clarity on how my post-MBA goals would shape my future. Initially, I thought I knew how to craft my resume and application on my own, but it took just one review with Sriram to realize that my story had a completely different, more unique and compelling way of being represented. His feedback cycles were incredibly fast, usually within 24 hours, which was crucial since I reached out so close to Round 1 deadlines. With Sriram’s and Jenifer’s guidance, I was able to crack Kellogg with a $50K scholarship.
When I decided to apply to MBA programs, I reached out to a number of firms who promised to help me in that endeavor. I ultimately settled on Aringo after a conversation with Jen who told me that Aringo specialized in working with people will less than perfect applications. With a goal of earning a spot in a top-15 MBA program and offering only 4 years of honorable service in the Marine Corps, a mediocre GPA from a good undergrad program, and no GMAT score, I needed quite a bit of help and chose Aringo to provide it.
I first connected with Sriram at the end of July 2024 after being given his contact information from Jen. At the time, I had not yet taken the GMAT and presented an additional challenge in that I was stationed in Japan. Despite these challenges, Sriram was more than happy to work with me.
Though I faced significant hurdles in pursuit of my goal, Sriram never discouraged me from applying to top programs or advised me to apply to less prestigious programs. He instead outlined everything I needed to do to achieve my goal. Together, over the next 6 months, we carefully honed my applications and essays. He showed tremendous patience during that time, giving timely, helpful feedback on the countless revisions made to my application essays and providing support as I studied for the GMAT. As we approached the Round 2 Application deadlines, he was even willing to work though the holiday season to reach out to colleagues of Aringo to get a final review of my applications ahead of their submissions. Later, after receiving interview invitations to 2 of the 4 schools I applied to, I again worked with Sriram and the whole Aringo Staff to help get me prepared. On one occasion, I had missed the original email and was left with only a few days to prepare for my interview. Sriram, Jen, and the Aringo team remained unperturbed and set aside a significant amount of time to make sure I was prepared.
Ultimately, their efforts paid off and I was offered a spot in the Michigan Ross Class of 2027. I cannot recommend Sriram and Aringo highly enough. Without them, I am certain I would not be where I am now. Thank you, Sriram!
I had an amazing time preparing my applications. It never felt like a heavy task or something that pressured me. Sriram was always friendly and made it look easy. At times he even went beyond hours to get my essays perfect. Thanks Sriram!
Working with Sriram as my primary consultant for my Stanford GSB application was a great experience. He was patient and thoughtful throughout the process, taking the time to understand my story and help me present it in the most authentic and compelling way. What I appreciated most was how easy he was to reach and how invested he was in my success. His feedback was clear and constructive, helping me confidently refine my essays and approach. Thanks to his steady guidance, I was able to submit an application that truly reflected who I am, and I’m grateful for his support in the interview and every step of the way.
Choosing Sriram as my admissions consultant was one of the best decisions I have ever made in regards to my education. Not only is he an unbelievable storyteller who helped me craft a narrative that turned me into a truly unique candidate, but he pushed me every step of the way to ensure that all of my applications communicated that narrative as powerfully as possible. Without his help, I would not have gotten into Wharton.
As a bonus, he’s backed by the entire Aringo team. They brought alternative viewpoints to the table, which helped to further strengthen my application and went a long way towards preparing me for interviews.
Sriram was an exceptional consultant who consistently motivated me to produce my best work. His direct and honest feedback was invaluable in refining my essays and which played a crucial role in enhancing my essays. While primarily collaborating with Sriram on my application materials and essays, I also had the support of Jen, who assisted me in decision-making and scholarship negotiation. I am grateful to the entire Aringo team for their continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process.
Sriram was an absolutely incredible consultant. I truly don’t think I would have gotten into CBS/MIT without him. From start to finish, he always pushed me to produce my best work. An absolutely invaluable resource – couldn’t recommend him more.
Thank you SO much to Sriram and Jen for being such trusted advisors during my application process. I was cramming multiple applications in a short period of time and Sriram was such an important resource during that period. He provided incredibly helpful advice and feedback in a way that was direct and actionable, while always respectful. I primarily worked with Sriram to craft my essays, although both Sriram and Jen remained available to answer any additional questions I had during the interview and scholarship negotiation period. At the end of the day, I was admitted to 4/5 schools (with over $300k in scholarships) — including my top choice! Thank you, ARINGO!
Sriram exceeded my expectations from the initial crafting of my B school narrative to essay/resume revisions to the interview process. I’m super excited to be attending one of the best T15 B schools in the country. I unquestionably attribute my success to Aringo for my results. I ultimately received basically 2 full rides to T25 schools and an acceptance at my dream institution.
Sriram has been an absolute pleasure to work with and was the key to helping me get into Cornell’s executive MBA program. He provided extremely direct, honest feedback, and truly guided me in the right direction. I was so confident that I had a great first rough draft, but Sriram provided me with extremely detailed feedback on my weak spots and explained why I needed to start over with certain questions. He also helped me brainstorm and continued to work with me to help me be concise in my responses. I’m incredibly grateful to Sriram, as during my Cornell interview, my interviewer mentioned that she usually asks clarifying questions to people on their essay responses, but mine were so clear and concise, so she didn’t feel the need to ask me many questions about my application! He truly is worth every penny, and I’m so happy I decided to go with Sriram and the Aringo team!
Sriram is the admissions consultant that any candidate would NEED, and I mean that literally. You NEED to have a consultant who gives you 100% honest and raw feedback that will help improve your application, not one who will sugarcoat their feedback in hopes of not wanting to offend you.
I enjoyed working with Sriram because he cut right to the chase, identified weak spots in my application, and worked with me to improve it. Not only did he try to help me make up for my weak spots, but tried to go above and beyond to make my weaknesses look like strengths. I was able to get into my dream MBA program, a program I thought I’d have no chance of admission to given my low GPA and fairly average GMAT score.
I would definitely recommend working with Aringo and Sriram specifically. They will give you your money’s worth.
It was a pleasure working with Sriram – he is super communicative, direct, unbiased, and a true expert in his craft. I got admitted to NYU Stern’s Executive MBA program with a $15,000 scholarship and was told I am one of the youngest admits ever. I wouldn’t have achieved this without Sriram’s support and guidance.
Together, we worked on several drafts of admissions essays and resumes. He gives insanely helpful and detailed feedback – my first draft vs. my final were significantly different. He gave me the confidence and validation I needed during the stressful application process. Would definitely recommend and work with him again!
Working with Aringo on your business school application is something I STRONGLY RECOMMEND. For my application to Sloan and Fuqua, Sriram helped me write my essay. Sriram helped me polish the tales I wanted to utilize in the application process so that they would have the most effect on the admissions committee. When I worked with Sriram, it was always quite easy. As well as being prompt in his communications, he offered straightforward advice. If you’re thinking about going to business school, I highly suggest Sriram!
After vetting multiple firms, Aringo’s commitment, service, and plan to help me get into one of my dream MBA schools really stood out. From the very first consultation, I could tell they were true experts in this field, and I really liked their ideas for which schools to target and why, what my strengths and weaknesses were and how to overcome them, and what the right game plan would be – and indeed they were successful since I’ll be attending one of my top schools this year (top 15 in the US).
With lower test scores but a great background (professionally and personally), I knew I needed expert help to show business schools I had the relevant skills and background, and that’s where Sriram, the consultant assigned to me, really came to the rescue. Sriram was fantastic because he a) asked me tough questions that helped me better understand why I was pursuing an MBA and the goals I wanted to achieve, b) provided me with the best tips/tricks for understanding each school’s requirements, and c) and used his amazing storytelling skills and gave great ideas for how to write interesting essays and put together an overall great story for the applications. Despite working on a shorter application timeline (due to some personal issues on my end), Sriram and the rest of the Aringo team were really invested in my success. They really hustled along with me and made the time to answer all my questions.
Jenifer, Aringo’s CEO, was personally involved in making sure I had the best support for interviews, waitlists, etc. to help me secure those admissions.
Overall, really enjoyed working with the Aringo team and got along well with everyone I interacted with. Highly recommend! Great experience and the price is great!
Post-MBA I plan to play a pivot role in the health tech field and I know the brand of my MBA will play a large role in my success. This is why I sought an MBA consultant to help me put my best forward. I got way more than that working with Sriram at ARINGO. He was amazing at helping share my story through my applications and this fall I am attending my dream school, Columbia. Worth every penny.
The Aringo team was so supportive. Sriram, specifically, as my coach, was incredible. Going into the application process I was concerned about having test scores that were a bit lower than required of the top schools. Sriram helped me position myself and my story in the best way possible. He was clear with his feedback and helped me understand the right strategies to gain the best result. Not only was I accepted into Wharton, but I also received a 100k Wharton Fellowship, fully merit-based. I could not have done this without the help of Sriram helping me find my best strengths to highlight to overcome the lower exam score. Lastly, one of Aringo’s strengths is their process of feedback to make sure no stone goes unturned. I definitely recommend Sriram and the entire Aringo team!
I was a little worried regarding MBA consultants in general as they seemed to be more focused exclusively on b-schools from the USA, disregarding those from Europe.
So it was a very positive surprise when I found that Aringo is not the only expert in USA b-schools, but as well those from Europe and UK, with multiple admits in those Universities.
If you want to take every possible step to secure a place in a top MBA, you should contemplate Jenifer and Sriram of Aringo as your consultants.
Thank you ARINGO for making INSEAD happen.😊 The team is full of super professionals and I recommend them highly. What I loved the most is their commitment to the client. Sriram decided the strategy with me that we followed in the whole process. He helped me with all- career goals, refining the essays, CV preparation, selection of schools, recommenders, and whatnot. There is no cap limit on interactions and he was always available for any random question (even after office hours- thank you😊). If you want to get into a top B school, choose ARINGO. You will not regret it.
Coming from an over-represented application pool, my biggest concern was finding a way to get my application to stand out. Sriram immediately alleviated this concern. He is one of the most creative people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He helped me to sort through all of my professional and extracurricular stories to choose the most impactful ones for my essays and then spent countless hours working to make those stories as interesting and exciting as possible. We worked together on 5 schools and there were countless times where I felt stuck on my essays for those schools. Each time this happened, Sriram was available to help me brainstorm new ideas or ways to improve on the essays I was unsure of. When interviews and additional essay requests came around, Sriram was immediately available to guide me through potential interview questions and help me draft additional essays. Ultimately, Sriram helped me earn two acceptances to M7 programs. I cannot thank Sriram enough for his help and would highly recommend him for your MBA application journey!
I had a few introductory calls with multiple consultants but after speaking to Jen, I knew I wanted Aringo’s expertise in my applications. Jen was really excited about my candidacy and introduced me to Sriram Emani. I was amazed by the experience Sriram holds besides the MIT degree. He helped me define my career goals which was the key component of my applications. I am the kind of person who does not like to talk too much about himself. Sriram ensured probing me with the right set of questions that made me think about stories on both professional and personal front. The feedback on the essays/resume was constructive in a manner that motivated me to improve. Simple gestures like proactively asking if I need any help, checking on me after interviews, etc. made me feel that the Aringo team is just as interested in my application as I am. That was a differentiator.
With Sriram’s and Aringo’s guidance, I was gladly accepted to my target school Tuck!
Sriram was great helping me build my story and highlight my strengths. Working with him also made me realize what concentration I should pursue and why. I was already happy with his work, but the best was yet to come when he helped me prepare for the interviews. If you work with him, I recommend talking with him on the phone and having Zoom meetings, not only for the interview preps but also to understand his personality. Do not think he will be doing the work for you and be ready to receive constructive criticism. I was aiming for the top 25 programs and applied late in the last round (April-May). I got offers from UNC, Emory (50k), Georgetown, UF (full scholarship), and USC (60k). These results surpassed my expectations and I could not be more excited and grateful to Sriram and the Aringo team.
I applied to my top choice school at MIT Sloan in Round 3 and I got admitted with Sriram’s help. I cannot thank him enough. This was the best decision I made. I would say I have a strong profile, but I wouldn’t consider myself an extraordinary candidate. By going to Sriram, I was able to really fine-tune the highlights of my application and story that make me unique to craft a great application.
Sriram far exceeded my expectations. Sriram got me to think critically about my writing, videos, and interviews in a completely different way. He was so patient and made everything seem so easy. He helped me carefully handle some of my weaknesses and bolster my strengths. There were some cases where I knew I was missing something, but I didn’t know how to articulate it well. By having conversations with Sriram, I was able to formulate those ideas clearly.
Sriram is extremely friendly and personable, which made it very easy to work with him. He also gave immediate feedback (within a few hours most of the time, but no later than 24 hours). Sriram is very direct and specific with his comments and he sets the bar high when it comes to results, so you are guaranteed to reach your maximum potential and showcase your best work. He is extremely knowledgeable, really knows how to cater to your application to each particular school, and has plenty of resources to help you.
If you’re on the fence about getting an admissions consultant, I would say get one because the whole process was transformational for me. I have learned so much that I can apply even outside of the business school application. I recommend Sriram 100%.
I want to start by saying I had 100% success rate with Sriram because I got accepted to all three schools with $$ (2 in the top 5 US MBA and 1 in top 10). He has been of tremendous help during the application process and something that stands out about him is his response time with feedback (<24 hours).
It took a rigorous effort to narrow down to one admission consulting services company. I had introductory interviews with 8 different consultants, making my pros and cons list for each. After my phone call with Sriram (8th call), I did not have to go back to making a list. I instantly signed up with Aringo.
The biggest advantage with Sriram is that he's a storyteller (by profession – he's into classical arts) with an MBA from MIT Sloan. That in itself was very impressive. And he’s from India and shares a similar background so that became a huge plus. So for folks from India, this is something you should take note of.
Sriram has a good ear for things that will catch the AdCom's attention. We had a lot of debates after I sent Sriram my first drafts for review. In the end, his feedback helped me revamp my stories and ultimately led to admission from my dream schools.
I cannot thank Aringo and Sriram enough for all the help during the application process. I strongly recommend Sriram and Aringo for all your admissions help.
Sriram helped me apply for 4 schools: HBS, GSB, Sloan, and Wharton. I got interviews from GSB Sloan and Wharton and got offers from Wharton and Sloan. My time for the application was tight (only about one and a half months), but Sriram guided me through the whole process with experienced techniques, impressive strategic thinking, and quick turnaround. He patiently discussed with me on every essay, commented with super detailed suggestions, and helped me avoid numerous mistakes I would have made if I applied myself. He also conducted a series of mock interviews with me which helped me aced the real ones later. I truly appreciate Sriram’s great help, and I would recommend Sriram to any MBA applicants without hesitation.
I got into Duke, my dream school, and I owe you everything.
I took some time to write this review, but now that I am graduating from Fuqua, I decided I should write a candid review about the people who helped me get into my dream school.
Let’s start with the end. I am an Indian male engineer. I worked with Aringo on three schools and got into Ross, UCLA (40k scholarship), and Duke. I could not do this without Sriram and the entire Aringo team. Sriram’s strategy thinking, essay assistance, turnaround time, attention to detail, and the simple fact of caring a lot, made the entire difference. After Sriram, I got a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th review by other consultants from Aringo and then some interview prep sessions.
Well done, you are great! I have referred some friends to you and will continue doing so!
Hi all, I was not sure at the beginning if to use MBA consulting firms or not. After speaking to Aringo I felt they could really add me value to my application and I worked with them on 5 schools. Despite coming from a competitive background (male engineer) and having a low GMAT I felt the confidence from day one. I got offers from Tuck, Yale, and Cornell with some nice scholarships too.
I could not have done it without Sriram and entire Aringo team. Thanks, guys!
Worth every penny.
From start to finish, Sriram was the most fantastic consultant every step of the way. When I received my GMAT score I was initially devastated that I would never fulfill my dream of attending Columbia for my MBA. I just so happened to come across ARINGO when browsing other potential MBA programs. It seemed too good to be true. From the first time I spoke to Sriram, I felt that he truly believed in my potential to achieve my dream. He was so dedicated and committed to helping me create my application. He answered any question I had, at any time of day. I started my MBA at Columbia in 2015. Working with Sriram was the best decision I ever made!
