    Working with Steve was an incredible experience. He is extremely methodical and detail-oriented, breaking down a complex process into lots of small milestones with a clear plan that makes it much less overwhelming. I was initially skeptical about the value a consultant might provide, but now I am a firm advocate, particularly for Steve.
