Big Life Wins:

My first entrepreneurship was a staffing services firm, in three years we moved from having 3 employees working for a single customer to more than 250 employees working for more than 35 clients, all in myriad of industries and with different complexities that made my startup a dream (or a nightmare) for anyone with a liking for strategy and finance.

Post MBA Goal:

For my post-MBA experience, I will focus on leveraging my current financial background and knowledge and my entrepreneurship experience to join a large professional services consulting firm with a presence both in the United States and Latin America in a Finance Manager role or a Finance Management development program. From there I will work to move to a corporate development role where I will be responsible for strategic decision making, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving organizational excellence. Once I have been instrumental in growing this firm I will concentrate all of my energy into founding a services firm that caters to mid and large companies in the USA and Latin America in the area of professional Talent and Staffing services industry, this company will bridge the gap between top talent and a companyā€™s staffing needs.
