Two areas where I think you can move the needle in terms of your odds of acceptance. First, consider retaking the GRE. While a 311 is good, it is below the averages at the schools you are targeting. Alternatively, you might apply for a test waiver at Ross (they have indicated that they will offer test waivers again next year and if you earned a High Pass with Honors you could qualify) and possible Darden. Second, focus on teamwork initiatives both at work and outside. Ross doesn’t offer a lot of words to communicate your story so you need to be very focused on what you hope to share. They don’t look for people who have been ‘solely responsible’ rather those who can work well with others.
I think you will have a unique perspective to share!
