Currently working in Singapore for the past year in an E-commerce giant in SEA. My low undergraduate GPA is a bit concerning.

Hi, it’s Nisha from mbaMission! While your GPA is on the low side, you’ve got an excellent GRE score, and I think that the Hbx CORe (very well-respected by bschools) will help offset it. It looks like you’ve had a progressive and impactful career as well, and I love that you’ve lived in 4 countries and become a scuba divemaster and volunteer/mentor – INSEAD loves to see international exposure and commitment to personal passions, as I’ve seen with my clients who have gained admission to the program.

What I’d like to understand is the motivation behind your career goals – what attracts you to data analytics-focused startups? Schools always want to understand the WHY behind the career goals as much as the WHAT, so I recommend doing some reflection on how your experiences and observations to date have shaped these goals. If you’re interested in remaining in the energy sector, perhaps a startup focused on sustainability/renewals?
I would add Cambridge Judge to your list of programs, which seems like a reasonable range to me. I hope that helps – best of luck!
