Military brat, so I lived abroad most of my life giving me a pretty strong appreciation for languages and cultures. I joined the military to help support my mom after my parents divorced and the part time jobs I was working weren’t enough for us to live off of. Have tried to make as much impact as I can within the military.

During a deployment I headed a restructuring of the customs and immigration process for U.S. members being deployed to the middle east to help alleviate the problems caused by COVID. Additionally was instrumental in the rollout of capabilities new to the Air Force and advised senior U.S. leadership on related contracting decisions.
Immediately following graduation I’d like to go into management consulting at McKinsey, as my lack of real experience in the private sector is one of the biggest weaknesses in my resume, and consulting will give me a wide range of experiences. Long term I’d like to break into tech leadership, eventually becoming the COO of a large tech company.
