Hi, it’s Nisha from mbaMission. You certainly have accomplished a lot at a young age, and I can see that you’re energized to take your family business to the next level! Since you haven’t provided a lot of information, I do have a lot of questions/comments:
– Are you targeting the HBS 2+2 program? Do note that to be eligible for this program, you cannot have had any full-time work experience (and had to have gone directly from your bachelors to masters program)
– HBS is not waiving the GMAT/GRE, either for regular admission or for deferred admission
– As CEO you’ve undoubtedly had a lot of responsibility, but what is the impact you’ve made on the company so far? Are you confident you’ll …
– As CEO you’ve undoubtedly had a lot of responsibility, but what is the impact you’ve made on the company so far? Are you confident you’ll be able to line up strong recommenders (who have to be outside of your family)?
– If you’ve already gotten the post-grad certificate after a business undergrad, why are you interested in an MBA? What gaps do you need to fill? You’ll want to make this very clear in your application
Regarding other MBA programs to consider, Columbia is also very strong for family business.
