    There aren’t many MBA applicants responsible for managing an $11 million P&L. So congrats to you. It shows that your Stanford MBA boss has great respect and admiration for your skills. In addition to your 760 GMAT, your success at the boutique firm is your leverage point in applying to MIT Sloan and other schools. It should offset your low 2.92 GPA in chemistry at a public Ivy, though you really need to make the point that your undergraduate transcript is not indicative of your academic potential and explain why that is the case.
