I am a passionate African woman who has surpassed challenges of financial strain, life-long chronic eczema (that I solved by going off topical steroids cold-turkey and experiencing severe TSW), and heavy-duty family duties as a firstborn and caretaker to my grandmother. blog on “Learning at the Workplace” and being presently part of a recognition committee.
– Mentored 3 students through the Greenhorn Mentorship Program, University of Nairobi, which had also connected me with mentors as a student.

Post MBA Goal:
Having sought healthcare projects in my Deals Role, and also secured a short-course training in the Netherlands on Health Policy & Financing, I would like to use MIT Sloan’s health-focused MBA to pivot into healthcare investing (Private Equity or at least Investment Banking for Healthcare).
