Hi Ms. Social Enterprises: You have a lot of good going for you and I’d place my bets on you: Experience across multiple industries with role elevation to Director, started two start-ups, commit to yourself/passions (marathon, singing), scored a rockstar GRE, and support the development of others by teaching underprivileged children. The two key potential vulnerabilities I suggest you focus most heavily on are: (1) Your undergrad GPA is slightly below Darden’s average of 3.52, so I suggest you work to pull out key themes on where you excelled – perhaps its business classes or that you made continued progress as you matured in your junior/senior year, etc. (2) Showcasing what you’ve learned from your strong breadth of experience will …

Don’t worry too much about this, as I’d take breadth over depth all day; it’ll just be critcial that you articulate what you’ve learned through each experience, how you’ve applied it as you moved forward, and how you will apply it/bring it all together in the future. You have a bright future ahead Ms. Social Enterprises!
