Brian Kenny, chief marketing and communications officer for HBS, says, “Ultimately for Nitin, Twitter wasn’t a medium that suited his style. He’s not active on social media.” Although Nohria “recognizes the importance of authenticity and being able to use his own voice,” he wasn’t able to be active enough on Twitter to “have it have value,” Kenny said.
