Big Jump In Tech Hires At Kellogg by: John A. The only non-consultant to make the Top Five list is Kraft Foods Groups, which hired 15 Kellogg MBAs from the Class of 2014. One note in scanning this year’s list: A change in the way Kellogg reports the data–excluding sponsored students as well as those who earn JD/MBAs or MD/MBAs–makes these numbers non-comparable with previous employment reports. To see the potential impact of sponsored students on these numbers, you just need to consult last year’s report when 46 MBAs went to McKinsey, 38 were hired by Bain, and 34 each by Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte. Consulting firms find Kellogg’s one-year MBA program a great way to have their consultants earn the degree and often use it for that purpose.
