Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: I led Baker & McKenzie’s SAP implementation in Canada when the firm decided to transition globally. We were constantly being bombarded with new challenges but in the end we managed to execute the most cost-effective implementation out of the nine offices in the North American region.

Looking back on your experience, what advice would you give to future business school applicants? Start prepping as early as possible. Be organized and meticulous during your preparation so that you have time to absorb the value from the actual application process. You learn a lot about yourself when you’re writing those essays and practicing for interviews – that self-awareness can really help throughout the MBA.

What led you to choose this program for your full-time MBA? As Canada’s top-ranked business school, Rotman’s reputation on Bay Street makes it an easy choice for somebody looking to transition into investment banking in Canada.

Tell us about your dream job or dream employer at this point in your life? Climbing the ranks at a Canadian bulge bracket investment bank is my dream – one that I hope to turn into a reality with Rotman.

What would you like your business school peers to say about you after you graduate from this program? Well, I’d like my peers to remember me by my big personality and wit. But, what would I like them to say about me? That I have incredible drive.
