Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Pioneering change management strategy for large ship repair enterprise, to mitigate effects of overtime cuts.

Looking back on your experience, what advice would you give to future business school applicants? Pay adequate attention to the whole package – GMAT, recommendations, essays and interviews, with very clear and realistic short- and long-term goals about how an MBA fits in and why you are the right candidate for a last seat. Be crisp and interesting, and make the interviewer die to meet you.

Tell us about your dream job or dream employer at this point in your life? I’ve already placed at Amazon, in the Pathway Operations programme – I came to ISB just to get there.

What would you like your business school peers to say about you after you graduate from this program? The Navy guy, who led the largest-ever ISB Class, and added great value on multiple fronts, especially Brand ISB and the PGP Programme experience.
