Our calls were always pre planned, our essays always written ahead of deadlines, and the feedback’s on my essays had TAT of less than 2 days always – which is impeccable. Along with this, as I started getting interview calls (where one really can’t plan ahead of time as we have a v small window to prepare), she was extremely flexible to book calls on urgent basis as well! Win-Win.
