The big hurdles here are going to be on the academic side with the 3.04 and the 308 GRE. I’d retake your test if possible. How are your splits? While the overall score matters too of course, the quant side in particular can’t be too low (is it above 50th percentile? 70th + is even better). If you can do that and articulate how your target program is a fit and why you’re targeting it (can you go early action to …
