Though you have a solid profile, am not certain you have enough “spikes” in different aspects of your profile that provides you better odds. Haas is big on tech innovation and seems to me you have more of a general management profile at the financial services firm than a fin-tech profile. Also your acads are solid but not “stand-out” and within Haas smaller class size, it may work to be a disadvantage when compared with others who have more stellar acads.
