Since you have an interview at USC, I’m not sure if you’ve already submitted UCLA, but my main suggestion would be to clarify how/why someone so steeped in entrepreneurship wants to join a F500 firm as a product or brand manager. I would worry you would chafe over what may be very specialized responsibilities and limits to your power to make big changes, so think about that and how to articulate why you’re a fit.
