Hi Mr. Colombian Healthcare, Melisa here from Stratus Admissions. Thanks for submitting a profile. So pharma is such a hot topic now – and will continue to be! Hi Mr. Colombian Healthcare, Melisa here from Stratus Admissions. Thanks for submitting a profile. So pharma is such a hot topic now – and will continue to be! It sounds like you can bring perspective from throughout LATAM to the classroom from your experiences will definitely be valued. I think you are solid on your stats – a bit lower on GPA but higher on GMAT. Take a look at the quant classes you took at university and your quant section on the GMAT, these are the factors schools will be looking at to show your ability to handle academic rigor of a business school curriculum. If this is an opportunity, you can highlight any quant based work or ask your recommender to speak to your quant ability. Work experience looks right on the money at 5 years. It will be important to highlight career growth and leadership – it looks like you moved from a strategist to coordinator. I’m sure both marketing and supply chain in pharma will be interesting – for your applications you will want to narrow on one so that you can clearly articulate what you need from a program to get there. Which direction you take may also impact your longer term goals. So I encourage you to take some time to reflect further here. Where you want to end up longer term may inform the short term decision as well. From the limited information in the profile, I am not seeing community involvement. Schools will want to understand how you have impacted your overall community – that community could be your local community, your community at work outside of your specific role, back in university if you were involved extracurricularly. If you are applying in Fall 2021, this might be an opportunity to get involved before you submit applications. I like Georgetown and Ross for you as well. Reach out if I can answer any other questions.
