I am a driven business leader who strives to add value and make an impact in all that I do. In my undergrad studies, I sat on numerous university-wide committees dedicated to strategic planning, recruitment, policy, general education, and DE&I initiatives. The center of my work has been empowering and uplifting student voices.

Mr. Education Leadership – Thanks for posting your profile. Susan Cera here from Stratus.
As I was scrolling down your profile, I was trying to guess what schools you would be shoooting for. Based on your background and goals, I was surprised to see Columbia.
While your GMAT is solidly below the average at CBS, I think your solid community engagement during undergrad may allow admissions to overlook the lower test score. If you haven’t already taken the test at least 3 times, I would suggest that you retake to get closer to the ~730 average.
I presume you will get some great recommendations. Make sure to use your essays to share the WHY behind the direction you want to take and what you expect to do …
I presume you will get some great recommendations. Make sure to use your essays to share the WHY behind the direction you want to take and what you expect to do (courses, clubs, internships etc) at Columbia that put you on a path to acheive your goals. It will also be important to showcase what skills and knowledge you developed in your CPG role that are transferrable to the career trajectory you want to pursue.
It isn’t clear that you are still involved with empowering and uplifting student voices. If this is truly your passion, I encourage you to demonstrate your continued commitment even when you aren’t a student yourself
Wishing you all the best on your application journey!
