I am passionate about the advancement of human rights and have embedded that into a lot of my work. I’m really proud of my current role, where I work with education ministers/leaders across the world. Outside of my work, I have launched a Social Impact incubator as a director of a local non-profit and led several other smaller local equity initiatives.
I find the social impact space to be very network/credential driven. I would love to go to HBS in order to learn from like-minded people, as well as gain the legitimacy needed to advance in this space. After my MBA, I’d like to do 2-3 years in a senior role with a global NGO (UN, etc.) before heading back to my MBB, to help grow the SI practice.
