Importantly, I like that you have strong academics (GPA, GMAT), took a risk in your career to pursue your passion, and have had increasing responsibilities at work. Be sure to weave all these elements into your essays to help the Admissions Committee (AdCom) get to know you and what motivates you to achieve these things.
