Your stats put you right at the averages for CBS but I suspect that it is your story and commitment to improving the lives of others that will allow you to shine in the admissions process! If CBS is your top choice, I encourage you to apply during the binding EA round. The application typically will open in June. If you submit early in the cycle, you will likely have a decision in 4-5 weeks and you can stop work on other applications.
