I helped stand up an Army Unit from scratch in Jordan. We were responsible for creating the systems and procedures which would support Soldiers in the surrounding countries. I built the HR department with a team of 4 Soldiers and supported a majority of the Soldiers in the country. I also recently received an A in Berkely’s Math for Management.
Post MBA I would like to transition to Consulting. I want to apply my passion for Organizational behavior that I gained from my undergrad and my time spent in the Army to a management consulting role, where eventually I can focus on people strategy to maximize talent and diversity in the workforce.
