As you know, applying to a US MBA is a highly competitive endeavor for Indian applicants, and applicants need to show better-than-average stats to get attention. You’ve formed a great list, starting with Cornell, where your GRE score will stand out. I also like the impact I am reading in your profile–highlighting your successes and how you achieved them will be important for your application. The one thing I wonder about is that your “boutique” firm could be a hurdle if it’s very small/unknown, so you might look for ways to build credibility through its clients, partners, etc. Best of luck!
