To better assess your profile, I’d need to know a bit more about the impact and progression you have made in your engineering role (great to see the excellent performer award!) – also, how confident are you in the quality of your recommendations? Business schools will want to understand the motivation behind your goals – why do you want to pivot from engineering to consulting? Make sure to fully explain what drove you to this aspiration and the impact you want to make in the short and long term.
Haas is always tricky because it has such a small class size, but Darden and Fuqua will be more attainable. For INSEAD, part of your success will depend on how much international work experience you’ve had. Hope that helps!
