When I was driving the whole HR processes in my first work experience in the project as an employee of contractor firm, I got a job offer from our customer. After working 5 months for the customer, I wanted to take a bigger responsibility and came back to my former F500 company. Now, I’m responsible for 8 projects including the first I worked.

I’m not sure what TR means when you say you earned your degree from a top 10 school in TR. But you’re still rather young at 24 and I would advise you to get a bit more work experience before you apply. Another year or two could greatly improve your chances of admission but more importantly allow you to take fuller advantage of the MBA experience. Working a Fortune 500 company is a great start for you and piling on a promotion and greater achievements there will complete a story that already has a strong start. You also obviously have to land that hoped for score of 720 on the GMAT to offset any concerns that will likely result from a 3.0 GPA. Cool your …
