1. Coming back to undergrad after dropping out, obtaining my degree in ~ 3 years of working full time and going to school full time simultaneously. This was a tremendous accomplishment for me.

Beyond your very strong GMAT, I am particularly impressed with your progression in your post college roles and also your work experience during college in managing a large team and having direct impact on the business. You have a great mix of consulting and startup work and this all positions you well for your entrepreneurial interests. For HBS emphasize the leadership that you have developed both in college and in your current work. Your Midwest background is also a plus when applying to these east coast schools on your list. The softest spot I see is the 3.3 gpa, which is still very positive but a little shy of the avg gpa in these programs. It sounds like you were very busy with significant work in college (you might consider mentioning in optional essay how many hours a week you worked during college to give some context for the 3.3)—but I don’t think that will be an issue at all, especially with a 760 GMAT.
