Commanded a recruiting company in California, improved global Army recruiting ranking from #79 to #4 out of 241 like organizations in the world. I want to work in corporate strategy and gain experience for several years before going back for a PhD. My current interests focus on how businesses respond to government incentives and restrictions.

Profile is weak for the schools listed. A 3.3, 325 GRE, military recruiter isn’t going to jump off the page at an M7. I think you need to reassess to T-15 to T-25. How did you interview at Harvard this early in the admissions cycle?
