I totally get your quandary. Your GRE score of 308 is well below the 319 class average at UVA Darden which does grant test waivers. But your work experience is a major offset and you do have a solid undergraduate GPA, though not one from a highly selective university. Besides, Darden is a great place for military vets because the school’s admissions office had a high regard for those who have served our country. I would request a waiver, because of your superb work experience. I also think Ross is a superb place for you as well because as you know it will grant waivers to candidates as well. Good luck.
