Dear Mr. Team Builder – kudos for recognizing the areas of your future application most in need of your attention. Before diving in and retaking the GMAT (something that should still be a consideration), think about how you can focus on the “wins” in your profile – you are a Chartered Accountant, your undergraduate GPA is excellent, you have nearly 7 years experience with a global consultancy firm leading a large team, exposure to multiple industries, proven track record of increasing responsibilities AND giving back in your community. Kellogg looks for community contribution in addition to your ability to handle the academic work. You should focus on the experiences gained from building and mentoring your team of analysts.
