    I like the energy you show and your commitment to your goal of being in the front office. In your applications, you will need to explain your job transitions and why you took each step. Three roles in four years feels a bit jumpy but if you consciously made these moves to develop new skills or knowledge (rather for just a higher paycheck) your story will come together.
