    In my experience, top schools love seeing MBB + one other company on your resume. It shows that you understand both the consulting side and how business really gets run. I’m also loving this 3.7/330 combination. It will serve you well in this process. Given your strong pedigree, I think your chances are solid at HBS but make sure you use that essay to get personal and go beyond your resume and “Why HBS.” (Honestly, they really don’t even want to know “Why HBS” unless your reasoning is super-super unique.)
