Hi Ms. IB to PE, Julie-Anne Heafey here with mbaMission. I work with a lot of clients like you in the PE world. It can be highly competitive in your category and the type of firm you’re at can matter a lot, but in general, women tend to be better-positioned and I like the fact that you are from Australia – that’s a plus! Your solid stats make you a contender at all of these schools. Congrats on the outstanding performance at WashU (I’m a WashU parent so understand the rigor of the curriculum!)
Your work experience also seems solid and I like that you have moved around, presumably to build out skills and work with different people.
I would love to know more about SCORE and your involvement with respect to mental health. Perhaps these activities (and others that you may have been involved in at WUSTL) might offer some interesting nuggets with which to create a compelling narrative.

You check all of the boxes in terms of academics and work. Landing a seat at H/S/W will be dependent on you telling a great story about why you need an MBA as the next step towards making the impact you want to make in the world.
Feel free to reach out for a profile evaluation in which we might dig into your personal background and outside activities.
