You have a decent chance of admission, especially if you score 160 and above on both sections of the GRE. Your profile is unique, and your competitive edge would be more usefully showcased by explaining how your past experiences align with the school's mission of educating 1. leaders 2. in business and society. As such, you will have to demonstrate traits that leaders in your field (public service) possess with an emphasis on how you've developed skills that would make you employable in your future field of choice.
