Credentials: Bicknell is the Director of Studies for Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour at the Henley Business School. In addition, he is Programme Director for the MA in Applied Management at the school. He currently teaches modules on human resources, organizational culture, and management practice. Before his academic career, Bicknell worked as a management consultant at KPMG and a self-employed consultant in the telecommunications and media sectors. 

Graded: Students will receive a certificate of participation for completing the course.

Description: Management is both “art” and “science,” where practice, not theory, is the toughest part to master. In this course, Bicknell will share techniques for getting the most out employees and navigating the biggest personnel challenges. This interactive course will consist of videos, articles, and group discussions and activities.
