Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: In 2012, I support the creation of Dell Software Group, our business grew from 4 core team members to 7,000 employees with $2 billion USD revenue in 9 months.

Looking back on your experience, what advice would you give to future business school applicants? I would say to have a wide open mind when you do school research, I almost missed INSEAD if it was not for an INSEAD friend I met on a conference. I had a wrong assumption that 1-year program would not be able to cover as much as a 2-year program. However, after getting to know INSEAD more, I totally changed my mind. You learn as much here at INSEAD, and culturally, it is the best fit for me who is quite entrepreneurial and love to know so much about different cultures.

What led you to choose this program for your full-time MBA? As mentioned above, I think it is great cultural fit for me, and my opportunity cost is lower with a 1-year program compared with 2-year program, and the ROI is a lot better too.

Tell us about your dream job or dream employer at this point in your life? I would love to start my own business in digitalization to enable more freedom for people in life.

What would you like your business school peers to say about you after you graduate from this program? Maybe – it was great to have had the best year in our lives together with me?
