They do a great job front loading a lot of that work—from self-assessment to self-reflection—in the very beginning so they help you hit the ground running. They take a one-on-one approach to helping you discover your individual career road map and setting that up from day one. You do a couple of workshops before you come on campus, self assessment and self-reflection tests.”
