Description: Think commerce is run by digital means? Think again, says Rindfleisch, who notes that 90% of sales come in physical spaces like stores. As a result, marketers must balance both the digital (eCommerce) and analog (brick-and-mortar) channels with equal skill. In this course, Rindfleisch will look at how physical commercial outlet models have been re-shaped by digital initiatives, with videos and cases touching on how marketers have developed synergies between the channels – and how the results shifted consumer expectations and commercial strategies.
