I have recently become heavily involved with small business mentoring outside of my normal work routine, this has allowed me to learn more about how to smaller businesses as I would like to leave big corporate for startups after my MBA studies. I am also the first in my immediate family to complete my college degree.
Immediately after graduation, I would like to explore opportunities that would allow me to utilize my work experience in software implementation from the product ownership side of the business rather than being on the delivery team. 5-10 years out I see myself at the executive level at a start-up or at the director level at a small to midsized company.
