Your work experience sounds impressive and LBS is indeed a school that will overlook a lack of an undergrad degree with strong work experience. I think where I hesitate is with the goals – I am not sure what consulting firm you are aiming to join, but strong academic performance can be a prerequisite for hiring and so I don’t know if they’d hesitate to hire you with your lack of degree. I’d try to find out whether this would be a stumbling block – if so, you might need to find a new immediate post-MBA plan …

    Hello, it’s Lisa Cummings of Stratus Admission.s With 10 years of work experience, I will assume you are aiming for the executive MBA. Some of those programs are willing to overlook a lack of an undergraduate degree and evaluate your file based on your work experience. However, they will need to see some evidence of academic ability to do the program and succeed on the core. Did you have any quant classes when you were an undergrad? If not, you might want to consider doing an online course. Be sure to highlight your leadership in he workplace and your ability to turn the business around. Good luck!.
