Hi, Mr. College Dropout, this is Julie-Anne Heafey of mbaMission. You should be proud of all you have achieved despite not finishing your college degree! Your work experience sounds impressive and LBS is indeed a school that will overlook a lack of an undergrad degree with strong work experience. Hello, it’s Lisa Cummings of Stratus Admission.s With 10 years of work experience, I will assume you are aiming for the executive MBA. Some of those programs are willing to overlook a lack of an undergraduate degree and evaluate your file based on your work experience. However, they will need to see some evidence of academic ability to do the program and succeed on the core. Did you have any quant classes when you were an undergrad? If not, you might want to consider doing an online course. Be sure to highlight your leadership in he workplace and your ability to turn the business around. Good luck!.
