I’m not sure about the converted undergrad degree. A 3.0 is low for a US degree, but I’m not sure if the grading system translates in the same way – this can vary by country, so I’d need to know more. The GRE is low, so I’d agree with the retake plans to position yourself better. I’d like to know more specifics on your post degree goal, schools will too. They need to know that an MBA is necessary in order for you to achieve your dreams. Speaking of dreams, given your school list you are aiming high. All your schools are in the most competitive tier. With a 3.0 GPA and a 310 GRE, those are going to be a big stretch.
