I put your odds at about 70% now that you’ve gotten an interview invitation, as in my experience, NYU really only interviews candidates that they are quite serious about and the odds tend to be better than the usual 50/50 for an invitee at other programs. Your challenge will be to present yourself well as you connect your experiences to date through each program to your short and long term goals. You can put your softer undergrad performance behind you since your strong GMAT confirms that you have the ability to succeed in the classroom.
