    Your military service record is quite impressive! The fact that you received a Commendation Medal from the Chief of Naval Staff for outstanding performance and exceptional devotion to duty (awarded to less than 1% of those in the Navy is a very big deal and will immensely help your candidacy at INSEAD. Your GPA from UP State, which I am not familiar with, is a significant drawback to your profile, however. Why? Because INSEAD is a highly selective, elite player and you will find yourself competing against other Indians who went to more selective schools, ie.
